The last RNS notification showed they had sold down from 5.73% to 3.09%.

The RNS was dated 27th June.

Apparently the were under general liquidity pressure and so needed to raise cash generally.

Of course only they know if that was the reason they sold down.

And only they know if they intend to sell more or not.

So they had sold 2.64% at the time of the RNS.

Last July leads me to think any bid would need to be at least that to get the major shareholders backing. However with the sp at a mere 14p to buy as opposed to the 80p I suppose a bid might succeed at a lower level? Thoughts?

Maybe we have a new Co. taking a major stake? Or could be a major Pharma Co. building a stake before a bid!!!! Who knows??? Last few days unusual trades IMHO. Illiquid share to it moves a lot on low volume. Hold on!!
