Moab, at least looking at one of his/her posts back in Jan this year claims to be a long-term holder and probably is.

The poster spends an inordinate amount of time posting negative points. However, I have concluded that this person simply believes they are "doing the right thing" to re-balance the board as most people here are holders and positively bias like me!

The market will now be waiting to find out if the orders on the cancer drug trial side start to snowball. The big Pharma Co's will probably have a better idea than Angle Plc about this. Having said that there are, as I said 48 Pharma Co's in the World with a bigger market cap than Eisai Inc. ($15billion). It will be very interesting to see whether Angle get one order a month, two, three etc........ With luck in say 4 months’ time we might be seeing an RNS almost every week which would be fantastic. Only time will tell. The truth is no-one anywhere can predict this, can they! Exciting times for Angle Plc!!!

It occurs to me that IF analysing circulating tumour cells (live tumour cells like 99% of the ones Parsortix catches) during drug trials becomes the standard then any suitor will steal the march on their competitors. In fact the market would be cornered, would it not? Food for thought!

The Co's with the "insider information" on this are of course the big Pharma Co's and the Companies that do the Molecular analysis of DNA fragments found in the blood, so called CtDna analysis (the likes of Illumina and Thermo Fisher).

Both these industries must have a very good idea where Angle Plc's fortunes are heading over the next say ten years. I suspect they can now see that analysing the circulating tumour cells in cancer patients will increasingly be needed, and the "Companion diagnostic" that Mr Newland has mentioned is a real possibility. Those two points are financially massive.

More contracts with large Pharma Co's similar to the one with Eisai Inc. and the two with Astrazeneca are inevitable. Once this news flow is clearly established, I can easily see Angle Plc getting an offer. It's whether the likes of me will accept it. I'm not sure if I would accept 50p a share frankly.

More and more important information is being found from analysing circulating tumour cells (CTC's) caught from a standard blood sample using Angle's Parsortix system during cancer drug trials. The drug trial Co's can either buy the Parsortix machine (to catch the CTC's) and do their own analysis ($50,000 to $70,000 per machine) or employ Angle to do it. Angle charge I think between $2,500 and $3,500 per blood tube sample analysis. Usually between 3 and 5 blood samples per patient. So somewhere between $7,500 ($2,500 x 3) and $17,500 ($3,500 x 5) per patient. Personally, I can't see how it's even possible for Angles revenues to absolutely rocket. Note there are 48 Pharma Co's in the World with a bigger market cap that Eisai Inc. ($15 billion). Most of these Companies do cancer research involving drug trials. IMHO Astrazeneca on its own could overwhelm Angle's current services division with orders, let alone the rest. It is mind boggling.

The circulating tumour cells during the trial? If so what specifilally do we want to monitor? With Breast cancer the protein HER2? With most other cancers the protein PD-L1? Plus other proteins etc.. as the recent Astrazeneca RNS's have shown.

I rest my case. The sp is already starting to take off.

All the information they can gather about the effect of their new drug on the patient. I suppose some may NOT choose to analyse the circulating tumour cells in view of the additional cost. Having said that I should think that most would pay the extra in order to collect all the information thay can about their potential billion £ new drug! Why does that not make sense to you? It seems perfectly logical to me and I suspect those making the important decisions at the multi billion $ Pharma Co's! Apart from anything else it might throw up something completely unexpected that is of great use going forward.
