Improvements in the analysis of DNA may not "directly" benefit Angle Plc right away. However as Angle have discovered (see RNS below) the analysis of circulating tumour cell DNA gives additional actionable information about a persons cancer over and above that from blood CtDNA. OBVIOUSLY any improvements in the accuracy of analysis is beneficial. Angle are at the cutting edge of all this, don't forget that. Read the RNS and watch the presentation.

Wrong. An "ultra-sensitive" new blood test that picked up traces of a tumour's DNA before a full relapse and was found to be 100% accurate at predicting which patients would see their cancer return it what it says.

You did not read, or maybe understand Angle's RNS of 4th January? It's obvious that a "Combined DNA Next Generation Sequencing of CTCs and CtDna from the same blood sample" would benefit from an "ultra-sensitive" new blood test. This would make it easier for the Parsortix system to identify key variants (DNA mutations) missed by other approaches to help guide treatment decisions. How can you possibly say a more sensitive blood test would not benefit. Rubbish. Probably why the sp is now up.

The so called CtDna analysis is a service already offered by the likes of Illumina and Thermo Fisher. It stands for circulating tumour DNA analysis. Human cells naturally die off, end up in your blood and are eventually excreted. This includes ones that are cancerous (if you have cancer of course). So CtDna analysis is looking at these dead cancer fragments that are in your blood. Angle's Parsortix machine can catch live circulating tumour cells (nothing to do with std CtDna analysis). They are live cancerous cells that have broken off a tumour and floated away so to speak in your blood. What Angle have discovered is that if you do the same analysis on these circulating tumour cells as you do the CtDna of the blood you get additional DNA information that might be otherwise missed. To make their personalised cancer treatment they have to know the DNA mutations of EACH AND EVERY CANCER PATIENT before they can make the vaccine. The Parsortix machine and tech is just what they need. Enabling them to catch the circulating tumour cells (alive and intact cancer cells) from a standard blood sample and test them to find out the mutations. It's firking obvious. They have to be looking at Angle Plc. A perfect match.

So BioNTech may well be interested in bidding for Angle Plc. This would give them the Parsortix machine and tech. Vaccine to be programmed to work, as this BBC article says. Angle's Parsortix machine can catch the circulating tumour cells from a standard blood sample, then they can be analysed to find out the DNA mutations of the cancer. This is from a standard blood sample that can be done ***months after*** the original cancer tumour has been cut out analysed and disposed of. So, when I post about a bid for Angle Plc it is not a joke. In time this could be a test carried out as standard on normal patients giving a blood sample at the local doctors, then sent to Angle for analysis and the results sent to BioNTech to make the personalised vaccine (not in cancer drug trials like now). This is a very real possibility. BioNTech, Illumina, Thermo Fisher etc.. etc.. the list of possible bidders for Angle is vast. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool if you ask me.
