Identify some patients that are suitable for Immunotherapy treatment. So what?

Erm... let me see. So how many Immunotherapy treatments are in use today? I see. So every one of these treatments could find additional patients to treat if Angle's "dual analysis" is used. Hmm. That seems quits a lot in the ENTIRE WORLD. This is MASSIVE.........

Astrazeneca seem to have checked out Angle Plc's RNS of 4th Jan 2024. In which Angle discovered that analysing circulating tumour cells (CTC's) can identify DNA mutations that are NOT present in blood plasma analysis (referred to as CtDna analysis). The paper confirms what Angle said.............. This means that CtDna analysis alone DOES NOT identify all the cancer patients Immunotherapy drugs could target. So, more customers for the Immunotherapy drugs if dual analysis (both CtDna and CTC) is used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So will Astra be buying AGL............. LOL!

Provides additional information about DNA mutations in a cancer patient. Information that could mean they are still treatable with targeted Immunotherapy drugs that would otherwise be considered pointless.

Roger65. You deliberately forget that once you have one approval the process is designed to speed up any further applications. I do not trust you at all. Other posters and I have read your posts and they lean heavily positive when you have bought in and very negative when you have sold. At the moment you have no shares. It's laughable.

In the next 6 months? I can't, and that is the key to everything.

Over the next few months, they will need to demonstrate significant sales increases in the two products. Don't forget the NICE recommendation for the machine to do with strokes was on 31st July (only 3 months ago) and the Scottish recommendation less than a week ago. Assuming they can do that the sp will rise as the market will see where this is going, and the FDA approval prospect will be foremost in their thoughts. IMHO FDA approval of both products will be the making of GDR. Of course, a national roll out about 6 months from now in the UK's NHS would be incredibly good and there is no reason to believe it won't happen too.

If they do need to do a fund raiser in several months’ time there is every reason to think the sp will be two or 3 times higher than now as news flow to do with the NHS roll out and the FDA application will continue, along with news on increased sales. At 2.3p to buy, bearing in mind the sp has already pushed 3p a couple of times in the last month or so I think it is a buy at the moment. Several months from now if we assume the NHS National roll out happens and we get FDA approval for both products the sp IMHO will be North of 10p a share. An excellent buy if you can afford to wait, I think.

Roger. GDR raised £6 million just 5 months ago so talk of a fundraise is premature to say the least. You have you own agenda I know. The NICE approvals for the "point of care use" of the two machines no doubt will see sales increase over the coming months. The SHTG ( Scottish Health Technology Group - advises the Scottish NHS) statement about the Genedrive machine is invaluable in that if effectively recommends the machine's use in the whole Scottish NHS:-

"· Using the Genedrive® CYP2C19 ID Kit to identify clopidogrel resistance was resource saving from year two onwards and would also prevent 961 recurrent strokes over a 5-year period and save NHS Scotland approximately £18 million: ". We can expect sales in Scotland to snowball I think after this "common sense" statement.

GDR now have two machines. One to do with stopping babies potential rearing loss and the other to help avoid stroke re-occurrence. Obviously, GDR are now concentrating all their efforts on sales of the machines both to the NHS and internationally. They must realise that FDA approval would open the entire USA market and ensure the Companies future. Regarding future potential fund raises if the sp is 6p by then and the raise is at 5.8p for instance I won't have a problem with that.

News. I think we deserve an update as FDA approval is key and no doubt would send the share price through the roof. I would be expecting 6p plus on RNS confirmation of FDA approval. See the last update here (on 15th July):-

So will the entire NHS roll out happen before we get FDA clearance to sell anywhere in the USA? Will be very interesting. I think GDR might seek to licence the machines to a very large Company in the USA rather than sell the machines themselves. Just take a percentage.

I see you have 43 posts here & I have 12,846. I shall explain. At 10.10.05 a 250,000 share trade is shown in the ? column, so was it a buy or was it a sell? At 10:25:14 the trade that looks like a 30,000 sell was in fact a buy and so the sp ticked up to bid 8p. It looks to be in the sell column because the sp ticked up, hope you understand? The two other 250,000 share trades you can see are also timed at 10.10.05. So they were at the same time as the other 250,000 trade.

So IMHO it was a 750,000 share buy @ 10.10.05 that mainly caused the bid to tick up to 8p.
