Good morning all not doing many bets today forked out total of £40 so only need 1 winner from the 6 bets to breakeven. One I have done today is below with the write up from the tipster, price has shortened to 9/1 and it's top of the biggest movers board at the moment. GLA but DYOR today is a tricky day hence I am not doing to much risk. 3.10 Epsom:Arctic Feeling E/W Won this 2 years ago and although that was on his preferred soft ground he's got plenty of form on quicker surfaces including last time at York where he ran well from a wide draw and then 2 runs before that again at York over a sharp 5f.Tomorrow's race looks much easier than both of those and with a 7lb claimer on he looks a silly price at around 20/1.
Cheers Harry for Alicante won easily in the end. Good day for me as had 4 singles on Tornado watch, convinced it was a plot and skybet limited my stakes so had to do singles in the end. Phil I know the feeling as we both use the same tipsters and my betting bank was wiped out, back to breakeven now by thinking outside box. Biggest movers on ATR bought me 3 winners today SINCEL BANK,TORNADO, and GOODWOOD ZODIAC. Also used skybet sporting life tips and got 3 winners. You have to think outside the box as the so called tipsters have been failing these last 4 days. Fastidious Ros 17:30 6/1 33/1 NR (will win so keep an eye on his next run) Get It Back dpa 18:20 5.5/1 33/1 just gave up jockey did not try!! why!! Tornado Watch dpa 15:35 4/1 25/1 won
3 Horses in Ireland on biggest movers 33/1 down to 4/1 skybet restricted me to only £1 on the double maybe a plot going down in Ireland ALL THREE HORSES NOW 80% movers and skybet is restricting doubles/trebles first time that has happened to me. DYOR Fastidious Ros 17:30 6/1 33/1 Get It Back dpa 18:20 5.5/1 33/1 Tornado Watch dpa 15:35 4/1 25/1
An interesting bit from Phil Smith head of handicapping he quotes, “We are thought to have a decisive influence, but in reality there are far more important factors in a horse’s performance than the weight it carries. The key things are its health, the ground and the trip.†makes you think that we all think it's the weight the horse carries has an influence but in reality it doesn't.
morning all good day for me yesterday as big double came in so betting bank at £400 now. JUSTANOTHERBOTTLE red 17:15 backed in from 33/1 into 9/1 even shorter now on biggest movers on ATR. Did a similar couple of horse that were big priced movers during the week and both were winners. Only do the big priced movers over 60% have just started to follow them again. GLA and DYOR.
Harry and Phil forgot to add thanks for the tips and sorry to hear about Tom O Ryan. Just some info on JETHRO below and GENRALYSE is 3/4 at Leic. The opening race is the 5.00 Brian Ellison Chase , Ellison the great Malton based trainer hails from this part of the country and we sense something of a plot on his runner here Jethro. No doubt many of Ellisons friends and owners will be in attendance and he will be keen to land this. Jethro has only run once over fences and to be blunt was crap but he wouldn't be the first horse from this yard to show massive improvement when the cash was down .His hurdles form gives him the beating of these and we take Jethro to land a touch here ! Horse Racing: Win Bet 17.00 Sedgefield - Jethro - 7/1 GLA.
For a pattern this is what you should be doing but I guess Harry already knows this having been a trainer. This is an example of an excellent pattern. You'd make a note and keep an eye out for any five year old gelded runner by Trainer A. As soon as you see one racing, you'd look over the past performances to see where in the pattern the runner currently is. If it's ready for betting then you can place your bet for the next 10 consecutive bets, safe in the knowledge that only a very small handful of people will have noticed this pattern And that's what provides you with high enough odds and superb profits. Yes, you've got to put in some work to find the patters. But believe me when I say it's worth it.
Morning all. Looks like HAJAJ was a pattern horse for explanation of a pattern in pro betting see below - another good day for me yesterday so bank up again. Will be very carefull today on what I bet on as Monday is always bad for me but Bobby Vee looks good. A pattern, is specific to the horse, trainer or jockey. No two will ever be the same and this is what makes it powerful and often overlooked by the majority of punters. Imagine that you're looking at a trainer, lets call him Trainer A, and you notice that this trainer seems to make a profit with 5 year old gelded runners but there's no obvious reason as to why. Out come the form books and you start to look into this matter more deeply, but you're still struggling to see a reason why. Until... suddenly you notice it, the pattern! Following your instincts you continue to investigate and find that the runners you thought were making a profit aren't. In fact, those that are generating the income are far more specific than just 5 year old gelded runners. Because the profit of the more general assumption you made in the beginning covers the other losses you didn't notice the detail until you looked deeper. And, of course, most punters don't look deeper. So, by the time you've finished your research you've discovered that Trainer A runs his 5 year old gelded runners in races that are too difficult, and over distances that are too long. Because of this they perform poorly but... get superb racing experience. The trainer then rests his runners for a period of around 20-30 days before racing them again at a lower class. When they first come back after this lay-off they need to warm-up and re-adjust to the new class level and distance. You can see from the trainers history that this usually takes around two races. By then they're normally finishing between two and three lengths from the winner. At this point our trainer picks them up and moves them to a different course with similar characteristics. And, it's here they go on to perform well for up to 10 runs.
Forgot to add have a look at AT The Races free website both Gary and Hugh tipsters have been having a field day with their tips this week. I think Phil also mentioned them. AH is having a bad loosing run at the moment. Gary O'Brien Gary selected 33-1 (advised) winner Baily Sunset on Friday and two winners on Saturday The Last Maju 5-1 and Ridestan 6-1, and has just three bets for the Curragh on Sunday - live on At The Races - now online. Hugh has had winners Notalot 7-1, Stormy Clouds 9-1 and Judicial 9-1 over he last 4 days and has just the one best bet for
