You are alleging that AEX is doomed by its current restraints. Allow me to disagree. There are contractual obligations on all parties. Until AEX abides to contractual requirements one can only assume AEX is fully fulfilling its role in a positive way. Further to this negotiations on existing and future contracts and roles are always ongoing in partnerships and they only become public once they become contracts. there are plenty of companies to invest in with 'unconstrained' powers if that's your problem.
