All of the above need to be digested, search on the word “takeover” for the best hint they are clearly in discussions with the FCA who at the end of the day control the trading / listing of shares so should be listened to, my money is on a possible director led buy out where they compromise with other shareholders (on a price) since at the end of the day the head honchos with 20% like everybody else would get zero and that’s not going to happen … which is why the are being advised by Ashurst (read that lawyer bill) … they will be very carefully timing the next RNS, not expecting that any time soon

Correct I am talking about the bill from the lawyers but they are telling the company what the directors should door more importantly what the FCA should do …

It’s long very long read either the Ashurt or Slaughter and May list of what they have spent their money on, one option looks like an NOL Motion that Investec will lead (on behalf of DIP) potentially cancelling shares and asking for trading in shares to be suspended, there are plenty of comments in there about submission papers to FCA, self referral to the Takeover Panel (I think) with another option for the directors to lead a buy out (I think)

If you read the VERY detailed list of advices the directors have been receiving from Ashurst and Slaughter and May, not about the debt but about Uk equity interests you will see regular mention of “Takeover Panel” (self referral to) “Investec” “FCA” “shareholder compromises” “cancellation of listing” “Plan B director led” (presume buy out) … almost nothing about debt but how equity interests are going to be restructured …. If you don’t believe me, go read the PDFs on the Texas Website and search on those terms! Like a gold mine release what is going to be happening!
