The offer is limited so it won’t participate and will allow retail investors to get more, however, 1/66 is pretty small.

MMs determine the price and the buying pressure should signal the upward trend.

No matter what you believe today you should be buying.
When the IM RNS lands next week we don’t know how big the deal is so this is the game at hand.

Traders and investors will be loading up today - this is why I see this finishing today with the share price in a stronger position than the closing price yesterday.
One last point the limited OO suggests the company strategy has altered and now needs less money through more share issue.

Notwithstanding the TF guys have received SYME shares as these are expected to rise in value.
Notice that there was one seller at 0.07p today so the MMs tried to drive the price down on no negative news, didn’t work.

One word - Value.
How much has it grown in the last 2 years.

A LOT.

Hadn’t considered the sale of TF - it would be a great deal more valuable now than when bought in the pandemic.
For me the small OO is a sign the company is in far better shape than we have been led to believe.
IM is the game changer and this will come within 5 days.

All in all today the share price will show positive movement today and throughout next week.

As the OO is small I suspect people won’t wait any longer to get shares so will invest their war chests on shares at 0.083p.

So I can get 1m shares at 0.05p for my holding.
Surprised.

This means we won’t get billions more shares after all, as the doomsayers would have us believe.
