My coms with the company assure me that Aug is the transition month - enjoy the journey.

That means 4.15 hrs to close and then next possible update tomorrow.

Sense of anticipation is palpable.

Any day or hour - transformational.

SYME is about to go large - focus on Aug 22 a transformational month.

AZ has been working this for 7 yrs - he has so much skin in the game.
He has established a great team and the agreement with the Funder is done, we were told approvals last week. Perhaps done already.
The company plans to announce a series of positive updates which will be what we want and the market wants.

So the deramper boiler room spreadbet chomps can prattle on but they are noise.

Back in the 0.065p days I remember the derampers using the argument that many needed a 1000% to get their money back
Depending on your average and in light of the recovery it seems much easier to get your money back.
Thinking about the possible premium fuelled rise to come SYME could quite possibly break 0.65 and 0.85 and reach the 1p as forecast in March 21.
Many PIs have accumulated war chests here and stand to see several hundreds of thousand. One or two plus Venus and other investors and the major stakeholders substantially more.
The premium fuelled spike should be front and centre for all concerned. For so many reasons the narrative behind a fantastic rise is very much certain in the coming days and weeks.

So place your bets and get ready for the get go. Next week will be interesting with news, shares changing hands, MMs, positioning, speculation and so on.
This is no longer the SYME of Sept 21 to June 22.

As a trader ask yourself one question do I want to be out of this over the weekend.
The share fluctuation is noise - when IM is announced this will pass 0.2p , 0.3p 0.4p in minutes and the opportunity will have for the initial rise. There is lost ground to cover to get us back to March 21.
I am invested - absolutely pleasure not to have to worry.

It was awarded to 1m but have asked for 3m. I expect Not to get more than my entitlement.

On open the MMs tried to panic some into selling.

The reality is we are waiting for transformational news. Everyone, traders and investors alike, Stan to gain enormously by being patient.
The delays and funding over the last yr has vexed investors who remain long. Traders have done well.
The RNS last week means an end to delay and funding issues once we go live. This is why we are on the cusp of something big.

We are so close that at any hour the company could report that the deal is done. I think the runners and riders are set.
Once we get going there will be a huge churn in share ownership that will take the SP with it.

Hoping for an update today.

The RNS last Friday said approvals this week. Based on this an a update on this would be provided by SYME - the update could happen anytime.
For the lth and patient this is acceptable - I understand the frustration of traders.

we know it is a matter of time.
IM deal between funder, SYME and Global Manufacturer at final stage, as announced last Friday. I understand that board approvals can take time based on availability of Directors.
I expect the company to provide an update on the deal, either done or when it will be. For all we know it has been signed and the market will be advised under disclosure rules.
Panning out - there is a huge amount going on with SYME this month so IM is part of that. We should learn more about institutions and funds as well as loan share positions.

So tomorrow - we should receive an RNS at some point. In the unlikely event there isn't one then it will be Monday.
The share price will remain volatile but move in an upward re-rate - how quickly depends on the news,

RNSs have arrived at 7am as well as 10am and later in the day
