What is the likely value of the combined companies.

Will VOD remain as the trading company?

I am positive that the deal will be permitted despite the action of our unite union.

All other perspectives are based on coms with the CEO.

AZ used posters who remained positive to provide the messaging, indirectly.

AZ always assured me that it would happen, agreements would be signed.

The deal with the bank was the latest success.

I believe this will turn for the better in time but I admit that AZ has mislead me and cost me a lot on paper.

My assumption is that the Government will not reverse its decision to allow the merger with Three.

You can’t stop a merger based on a challenge by UNITE.

After the merger there will be good competition with the three competing for business.

Seems that the decision is now early December - so a 40% rise is my view at least by Christmas perhaps more.

I have 3 yrs of linked in records of Alessandro writing that the Directors are working on the share price and delivery. In reality he was lying and pretending.

Only the lying Italian CEO is to blame, not me. He said delivery was soon so many times. If the CEO says that contracts are agreed then that should mean something. In the UK the position of CEO has integrity and I think AZ is not worthy of such title in light of his performance.

TW is correct and that is why AZ would not take legal action.

AZ can not be trusted on his track record.

If he launches another company I will be the first to have the authorities look into it. I don’t know if the regulator can stop yet another scam.

You are quite right. I have changed as I after 3 yrs of belief in this company and agreement with the only positive posters as I wanted my investment. To come good I have had enough.

The simple measure is share price.

I used to liaise with AZ himself on linked in who assure me often that he wasn’t just oiling his hair and eating ice cream but delivering value. But in truth his reassurances were lies.

He no longer replies as my emails are less polite.

I say things that are true and he doesn’t like it.

My lesson is not to trust Italian CEOs ever again. He is a crook and if he wants to prosecute me then please go ahead as I have all his positive emails.

The problem is that AZ has played PIs on the London Stock Market and so far ripped people off. There is no defence. No defence of his record.
