Don’t see how they won’t get burned unless exiting now.

83p target better than Barclays so I see this as a positive.

Share price will build this week.

Assuming the news releases are tight then the shorters could get seriously burned by staying too long - already long enough IMO.

Perhaps they do have spies to time it right but if not it is risky.

Could break 80p this week - I agree.

It is laughable reading chancers on the board thinking this is going down. The 50s have gone and 64p is cheap but it won’t stay - up from this low.

Uncharted waters now that JPM updates and ftse 250 place.

I would like to see the report done and price restored to £1.4 this side of Xmas. Another bid is inevitable and if the BOD rejected £2.3 will the next be £3. I thinks £3 would seal the deal.

It might happen but can’t see it. Last week changed things and the 50p level reflected the situation before the change.

We are in a different situation now with desperate shorters trying to leave and need a lower exit point to close positions. The shorters bet was WG leaving the 250 - which has back fired.

As each day passes we get closer to an RNS on the report which will end the uncertainty - in itself a boost.

I won’t be selling my shares to the shorters any time soon and instead holding for a potential new bid for the company / this will restore MC ( share price).

Monday - we will see the direction.

Asleep - yes starting to make up the 60% loss. Now down 52% but at the peak on Thursday of 72.5 the drop reached 42% from 124p.

The parking 72.5 will be broken either next week or very soon - just have to be patient.

The activity this week of shifters suggested panic on their part - time is running out for them.

Remember institutions have not sold and it is likely that TR1s will come in the days ahead just like last week from JPM.

Of course a bid could come in next week even before the independent review is complete.

IMO this is a multibagger - one of the best opportunities in a while. I can see the company selling for £3 per share so around 4x current price. DYOH

Will be interesting to see the news updates going forwards.

Fair value of cod alone is £1.2 and with 13% free shares can see price forming a new 12 month high. Rerate in the coming weeks for sure.

The CMA announcement has has been a positive step giving 3.44% so far with more to come, much more.

Roofer- my forecast for next week is 77p, but we are likely to see a different trading pattern so really uncharted waters.

I am hoping next week that the report comes out, the audit signed off and the share price gets back to £1.4.

This whole saga is a drama and we have to deal with shorter and trader scare stories.

We have hear it all here like circling buzzards and now some think this will return to 50p - utter rubbish.

The merger is transformational and fund managers know this.

After the noise elsewhere on new 250 companies money will come here.

In time over £1 for sure - the expected jump has been muted but is coming.

Only way to double/triple bag is to be in.

This is where traders lose out.

JPM/Barclays know this.

Monday is was 52p and then we had two TR1s about JPM closing calls. Then 250 news.

The contract win is normal businesses for WG.

The company is a target for takeover at over £2 based on more than minor contracts - it is the global reputation that is attractive.

Barclays target of 75p will surely be upgraded and then Deloitte’s report is due any day.

So this 250 darling is very much a good investment right now.

Shares are very cheap for longs and volatile for traders - plenty of value for everyone.

Assume Barclays not factored in 250 and contract win.

I should think fair value targets should now be increased.

Once the report is out and the initial noise disappears the share price should eventually settle back around £1-1.4 range and if a bid from another party allowing a bidding war then £2-£3 fair value.

This company MC is above £2B IMO.

There was never a concern about the viability of the company and BO deal adds to the cash flow in future years.

In my view with the 250 position assured, imminent audit report issue and yesterdays reactive rise points to further heights in the share price today.

I wonder if Richard Oxford knows anything about condors the mighty bird that eats live and dead.
