For an independent future the company could announce more contract wins perhaps the petrofac contracts.

Cashflow in coming yrs is key so anything like further disposals, new contracts, new facilities that negate d4e or new shares is important.

Come on wood - the longs want the company and UK jobs to survive.

Upon a yes decision then that’s it.

2. Share price moves past 30p and continues up. Vote yes becomes illogical and vote is no.

3. Second bid comes within the period (vote sometime during week- it says w/c 17th). The sp rockets to bid level. Could see a bidding war. Sid vote is no.

I am definitely in the camp of wanting WG to continue as a going concern and not be bought out by PE or Sidara.

The UK is losing companies and jobs far too quickly of late.

As a LTH i want WG to stay and continue to provide services globally and provide UK jobs.

Sidara is desperate to get the company and should have offered a higher price rather than risk a lottery in the few tradings ahead, if any.

Equally another bidder. Ould drive up the price

Well the BOD has changed and is changing by the day.

The previous BOD may have been “bought” by Sidara and wanted the stuff the company and shareholders.

Whereas the new BOD the opposite.

It was sentiment that drove the price down to 18p it was sentiment that dropped the Sid offer from £2.4 to £0.35 then £0.30. The news has been dire until the last couple of months.

Sentiment drives emotions.

Ice has dovetailed facts into the context which substantiates the positive position today compared to the depths of spring and summer.

Based on Sid being g desperate it is better than to take the risk of WG succeeding on its own or going bust, which is remote.

WG like to pick up Petrofac contracts and so WG’s future is very positive

If Sid will do anything to get wood that may include doing everything to buy the rising price and short. It could be much cheaper than paying £1.50 for example.

The best chance of a clean share price increase is a rival bid that could create a bidding war.

People will buy this all the way to a no vote.

The Sid deal is so old now it seems irrelevant.
