Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-headquartered fintech platform - Signs heads of terms agreement for the acquisition of an unnamed fintech-powered commodities trade enabler focused on small and medium-sized enterprises based in Singapore. Notes the acquisition will allow Supply@Me's platform to complete its global offering, by monetising inventory "in-transit", as well as generating synergy benefits "from both a funding and customer origination perspective." Says it expects to complete the acquisition within the next month.
In terms of funds to pay for Tradeflow - Could this be solved by creating a JV that pays dividends to the shareholders?
