If you look at fixed time points, a $10 share on NYSE does not trade at $8.36, in fact the $10 share last week traded at £7.27. This should give a rough idea, but not going to be fully accurate to reflect chaning exchange rates.

While representing a positive and major step forward -- the CDC is now opening the door for discussions on resuming cruises, as opposed to strictly dealing with crew repatriations – the timeline casts doubt on the ability to resume cruises from the United States in the early fall.
First cruise is resuming in 15 days time from Germany along with expectation that Italy will be the next country to Cruise from. Carnival are testing the waters here and sucess from these cruises will set the path for the remainder of the year - along with vaccine hopes.
