I don't think the following will have a terribly significant impact on where the Racecourse project is going but it was something I hadn't really appreciated. The latest Lachlan Star annual report claims an NSR interest in EL5574 but doesn't give details. Having dug around a bit it seems Lachlan Star have a 2% NSR.

I assume that this is part of the 3.5% NSR listed in the 1st June 2020 RNS. I assume the other 1.5% NSR is due to Anglo. I had previously assumed that the 3.5% NSR was due to Anglo.

I get the impression from the info AA put in their docs that the 2 aboriginal sites are probably pretty minor and they appear to be further away. It was the cemetery that was more concerning as it had some access improvement works done in 2017- it would good to know what XTRs plans are. I don't believe the cemetry is a designated aboriginal site - it appears to be a Roman Catholic cemetery. We may just drill in the neighbouring areas in order to determine the viability of the SE anomalies.

On the map that was submitted for drilling by AA in 2014/15 the cemetery is shown. The boundary isn't marked but it looks like it is just off the drill plan map in the SE corner. Does this agree with your understanding?

If you get the chance it would be good to know if they have all relevant permissions in place for drilling the SE anomaly. Also, what impact is the Old Black Springs cemetery likely to have on exploration in that area.

Remember guys all the changes to the licences are related to 'a potential commercial transaction'. I think that phrase has been used a few times in various contexts. I wonder if the 'potential commercial transaction' is the same in all instances?

Apologies for any confusion, I meant the directorate change from Jeremy Read to Kjeld Thygesen. The David Woods FQM and Australia Discovery manager is just another interesting connection. The fact that AA isn't already in the neighbourhood means that they may not be interested but the 3.5% NSR goes in their favour. AA don't need to wait for 2m tonnes to suggest a mutually beneficial arrangement but would need convincing we have something with significant potential. Just a bit of speculation on my part.

I think we could get a twist to the Bushranger story this week. No idea what. Has anybody got a tracker on David Wood - has he been in the Black Springs area recently? He is the Discovery Manager for AA in Australia and was involved with FQM in Zambia. I have no idea what might be in the offing but I do think the director change is relevant.

the AEM was completed 'before'' the agreed sale so I would expect it to be covered in the sale price. Exploration up to that value was to be reimbursed and I would expect any exploration carried out on the included licences since Jan to be reimbursed. However, I suspect we contracted Sandfire's people to do any exploration on those licences and therefore the net cost,/benefit to us will be zero. These are just my thoughts considering SFR were down to 5 drill rigs for a period of time over the summer.

The following appears to have been the status of kalumbila earlier in the year that it's sale was agreed. I'm not sure what impact of the AA buyback would have. I found this interesting as it doesn't appear too far from where we are at the moment.

Sandfire haven't added the AEM anomalies to their acquired licences so it will be interesting to see any updates that include these. I would not be surprised to learn they plan to drill some areas in their acquired licences within the next year. I assume any anomalies within the motheo expansion area will be high priority.

Did Willem say in one of the presentations that they did their own modelling?
