Just looked at my divided last year 3/12/20 and I received the full amount in the ISA and it explicitly states tax 0%

Last year it was 0.68857 and I received that in FULL per share.

Gold making a move, Pan African Resources near 6% dividend coming December, c.200,000 oz production and soon to announce a share buy-back programme.

Clearly a large / persistent seller on this stock and probably from the 20p fund raise. Seem to be selling at any price the get.

Hopefully they will clear out before the mid Oct H1 update.

One of the questions I asked was with regards to capitalising on Christmas trading.

“The whole purpose of the May funds was to invest heavily in the Autumn range to generate increased sales through the third parties (NEXT, John Lewis, M&S) leading up to Christmas, with stock has gone in from September. Advertising, continuing through the autumn with the successful TV advert which has been going since March and we are seeing really great take up in terms of recruiting customers to our database (40% of revenue comes from the database)”

Sosandar AGM, prob a pre-AGM trading statement and Investor presentation Q&A tomorrow (Thur). recent quarters have show huge sales growth, will the trend continue. Market cap £65m.

I have submitted 2 questions for the presentation.

Loop Up Interim results and current trading update due. H1 2021 revenue to be no less than £11.5m EBITDA is expected to be no less than £1.0m. Had £12.1m cash year end.

Will be interesting to read how Trading has been in the last 3 months and outlook for remaining 3 months this year. Current market cap £20m.

Great update from the WR-B1 site by Guram Maisuradze Operations Manager Guram Maisuradze.

Well test underway now by Block Energy, a initial 48hr or 72hr flow rate result would see a possible RNS on Monday imo.

Going well and now awaiting the flow rates with monetisation of this well and drilling of a second well closely followed.

We have waited long for some good news and our fortune here is about to change.

ASOS, Boohoo etc all had to start somewhere, its early stage but growth is accelerating fast. I just hope they dont get taken out as a brand before reaching potential.

Really fancy this business going forward and have recently opened a new position. The management really on the ball here and responded well to the Q&A on full year results. Huge potential imo.

Great video update from the WR-B1 well site by Guram Maisureadze the Block Energy Operations Manager 

Currently drilling the horizontal section through the middle eocene reservoir. 

Next update at TD, this is a huge well for Block Energy and us as the shareholders.

WR-B1 drilling is going well and now the drilling team enter the payzone with the August TD update a potential substantial piece of news for us all to keep our eyes peeled for.

We can clearly see the approach, expertises and drilling works are in a totally different league to the previous drills and this outcome will be very eagerly anticipated by us holders. I have been invested since IPO and clearly the company has been through a steep learning curve. It is now in its best ever position to move forward imo and way undervalued at £14m.

Now for the GM, done my background research and there is only one clear option and that is a vote AGAINST the GPJersey resolution. Not at all in the best interest of Block Energy and all is becoming quite clear as to the intentions here.

Contact you broker to vote ASAP and lets send a clear message to this small group of people. I have instructed my broker to vote AGAINST ON BOTH resolutions this covering my account and my wife's account.

Block Energy in my opinion is now in its best ever position and on the verge of a significant turning point with WR-B1 and the resource base and targets it has as a company to exploit going forward.

I cant see the Phil Dimmock staying much longer, and will resign prior to the GM.

A very clear message was given at the AGM and it is now a matter of time.

When Phil Dimmock steps down I would expect a very positive reaction to the SP.

Chuck Valceschini ex CEO of American Energy Group and range of other senior roles including TNK-BP proposed and waiting and is just what the company now needs and will be received positively by the market.
