Late 30s - my ignorant 20-something self decided CNR was supposed to bag and then I’d transfer across to “boring” Amazon and Facebook (since…25x?!). So the adage of a long term investment being a short term one is true for me in part. Have averaged down at least and am just about in profit - with quite a few more shares than expected…
As touched upon, CNR went from being a stupidly big chunk to a much more manageable % regarding asset allocation. It is now wrapped in ISA should we ever reach our potential. Gold is now about 10% of allocation. Have stopped trying to outsmart the market, however am holding a bit more cash than usual until end of year.
Lesson learned and diversified - all easy in hindsight. Pension is much more sedate.
Of interest however is the fact that AIM shares are IHT free. One to ponder should it all work out - I can see myself transferring back in to AIM somehow to make use of that
Yes yes we know all this but the point still stands that the more bearish view on CNR has been correct whilst we’ve been waiting for our time to shine. There are insufferable, obvious troll posts on here but personally I don’t see sein as part of that cabal, as dour as he may be :)
None of the current market makes logical sense and irrespective of our perceived market value, before long we will be in a position to simply take the profit ourselves if nobody else seems to take notice of us. Thankful to MC for managing as well as he has IMO
Both sides of the condor coin are correct as I see it; perhaps sein today and those of us invested… some time soon we hope!
Have been here 9 years or so
Like it or not, Sein has been more on the money than pretty much everybody on the board. As much as nobody might want this to be the case whilst the market continues to ignore
We’ve been beholden to the same PI trading with minimal liquidity irregardless of operational progress - which also grates.
Set, forget and be glad my asset allocation has massively diversified since 2012!
Thoughts on potential Ent Value or target price? Rocket ship so far but on low liquidity
Held up well after last weeks tipster rush for shares. Still tiny liquidity. Bodes well.
Haha ffs
VC wanting to take their gains from angel round and hand over to retail I expect given most other investors still within lockup period
Fair comment which is why the protected tech makes a difference with axial flux being lighter/significantly more efficient. Hard(er) to copy
RNS is a good start. Check recent board appointments also. In short they produce an engine which has various uses that operates with improved power, lower maintenance and higher efficiency than alternatives. Really smart tech in an explosive space.
Fantastic tech which is covered by IP and uniquely positioned to take advantage of the mid market power requirements of scooters, boats and autonomous vehicles
Exciting company with a strong team behind them
