Mr. Singh is an accomplished mining executive with over 25 years of experience in the sector and has been part of raising more than C$500M in equity throughout his career. He is President and CEO of Crown 80 Consulting Services Ltd., providing technical and capital markets advisory services to clients in the mining industry.
For the past three years, Singh was Founder, President and CEO of First Nordic Metals Corp. (TSXV: FNM), which merged with Mawson Gold Ltd. in late 2025 to form Gold Sky Resources Corp (TSXV: GSKR), currently a + C$800 million market capitalization gold explorer / developer focused on northern Europe. At First Nordic, Singh executed on multiple major M&A events, oversaw the raising of over $100 million, and led the company in receiving TSX Venture Exchange’s 2025 Venture 50 Award. During his tenure, the company grew over 30X in market capitalization.
For the past two years and ending in late 2025, Taj also served as Chairman of the Board of Mexican explorer / developer Silver Viper Minerals Corp. (TSXV: VIPR), which saw a +20x increase in share price and market capitalization through 2025 on the way to receiving a 2026 TSX Venture 50 Award.
Prior to First Nordic, Singh was founding President and CEO of NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (TSXV: NOAL) where he successfully took the company public, carried out multiple funding rounds, and had significant exploration success at the flagship project in Argentina.
Singh was also founding President and CEO of Discovery Silver Corp. (TSXV: DSV). During his 5-year tenure with Discovery, Singh led the growth of the company to a market capitalization of over C$750M, representing +50X growth during his time there. At Discovery, he also led the company to the TSX 2020 Venture 50 and the 2021 OTCQX Best 50 awards.
Singh also served for four years as a founding Director / Lead Independent Director of GT Gold Corp. which was acquired by Newmont Corporation (C$456M) in 2020. Earlier in his career, Singh also spent 5 years at Timmins Gold Corp. as Vice-President of Business Development & Engineering, was an Equity Analyst at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada, and spent over 10 years in engineering roles at Vale Limited / Inco Limited.
Mr. Singh is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Bachelors Engineering degree (Metallurgy / Minerals Processing), and a Masters Engineering degree (Metallurgy). Singh has acted as an independent and company NI43-101 Qualified Person for over 15 years.
