Halfbut, yes I genuinely trust that Tim McCarthy believes Lupuzor has a route to market. When you look on the FDA’s own website you can see there is potential for this to happen, let alone the EMA, even if it’s only on those with the biomarker. Everyone was shouting “it has failed the statistical test that was set” but no one can say that Lupuzor does not work, not even Nolupus - give me a break here Nolupus and agree for one post. The question has to remain - do we think that Immupharmas team of clinicians, regulatory team and the directors can find a route for this to market - perhaps even with the help of a partner? Personally yes, I have invested and I belive they can, Lupuzor shows a clear improvement over the placebo, it has assisted patients to go in to remission and now we have a clear signal that it has specifically helped patients with the biomarker, take that with the fact that the directors have said they are very very confident of finding a route to market, yes I believe.

I’m not sure you will ever be able to prove tampering, all I know is that when Tim McCarthy says “we are -very very - confident in taking Lupuzor forward then he must know something directly to be so confident in starting this. Obviously guessing but a partnership, take over or EMA approval springs to mind, I don’t think we will have to wait to long now, it works.

I think the interview on Directors Talk answers many questions but Q5 and it’s answer leads me to have massive confidence that Lupuzor will make it to market. Q5: Finally, what are the next steps for Lupuzor? A5: Well, I think I just alluded to that in what I was saying, ImmuPharma have got the extension study going on which will give us a lot more valuable data, we have discussions going on with our regulatory advisers that in turn will then follow on with discussion with the regulatory authority themselves both in the US and Europe to see the next steps on from a regulatory perspective for Lupuzor. Of course, we are in active discussions with a number of corporate partners and we will see what happens on that score. So, there’s a lot going on in Lupuzor and we are very very confident in taking it forward.

Nolupus I thought we discussed this at length this morning? “Why would Astrazeneca be interested in Lupuzor?” Because Lupuzor showed ZERO serious side effects compared to Anifrolumab which showed unfortunate effects such as shingles and influenza. Why on earth would you want to choose a drug that could give you shingles and influenza vs Lupuzor that has no serious side effects?

As we are now about to enter in to June and we were advised that the suspension would be lifted on the 21st of May, is there any chance of Widecells providing an update to investors?

Who would be the potential take over candidates? Do we know any of those that have signed NDA's?

It was very clear in the RNS and the associated videos that IMM believe there is a route to market for Lupuzor and they are currently in discussions with industry partners and regulatory authorities. No one can say that they have to wait until the end of the extended test, that’s for the regulators to decide. I bought some in here at 22p after the big drop when Lupuzor failed to meet the end point, since then I have read news that over 10 industry partners including large pharmaceuticals have signed NDAs and are currently looking at the data, now I read that IMM have found additional information within the results that indicate a far better result for those with an antibody positive marker. News will be released soon enough.

You cannot say when IMM would file for EMA approval, it might well be before the end of the extension trial. IMM are currently in discussions with industry partners, regulators and their CRO to find a route to market for Lupuzor, neither you Nolupus or I are part of those discussions.
