No reason to think this will go any lower than 4.25 since placing holders would need to be selling out at a loss. The POO is at a significantly high level and with the colter catalyst this WILL rise eventually. I've been invested in two oilers this year following placings (MATD and JOG) and both dropped further than I originally thought they would and ended up 5-10 percent down at one point. But in the end I have seen significant upside in both and expect the same to happen here.

Think you may need to raise your target slightly. The recent rise has little to do with the drill IMO. Its simply the industry wide uplift because of the increase in POO. If you look across the board explorers have seen a rise, even ones which aren't drilling this year like RKH. As such the drill hasn't started being priced in yet, but will soon.

That explains what squashed the action yesterday. Got to be a fair old chunk of the placing stock churned now.

Making all these piddly trades? The spread is so vicious on this you'd need to do 20% to make a profit with these beer money trades which are going through when you factor in commision. Lol.

I was in MATD ealier this year and this feels very similar to the start of the rise there. I bought in at 8p on the way down just before it bottomed out. It started rising then stalled at about 9.5p and lost a bit of ground. I made the mistake of selling most of mine then and leaving in free shares for a ride. I ended up making a really good 40% on my initial stake but could have made a lot more if I had riden it up to 12-13p. Not making the same mistake this time. Remain convinced this will be a good deal higher come spud. Happy to hold until then.

SP wouldn't be where is is if that was a buy. Probably someone who bought into the placing taking their 17.5 percent profit.

The was a positive RNS and lots of people who bought in in the late 8s sold out. That's what always happens on AIM.

As of April with a 5.5 million mcap. Assets currently valued at only 3.5 million. A few piddly trades is enough to get it moving. This could bag very rapidly if any decent buying pressure arrives. EDR has just done 33%.
