Well, no point in me tracking trades at the moment if the buy and sell prices are both at 2.42p.

Been entertaining the grandchildren today so missed the slight bounce. Another 2 million plus more bought than sold again so that's good. That's a likely 4+ million taken of the yet to be disclosed sell. With each day the trade is delayed the larger it will be however. Think the trade has until Friday to be displayed so only 2 more days before we see what's been dumped on the market this time.

The original RNS where TB stated he was planning to reach an agreement was 30/5 and if he hasn't managed to in 2 months then I suspect he probably never will. We should know within the next couple of days or so whether he has been selling again.

Also couldn't resist getting a few more Horsford. Not quite as good as your price. I paid 2.33p. I can only assume there's a large sale to be reported. I have scoured the net today and haven't found anything negative to report regarding TexRAD.

There are too many shares in safe hands for a hostile takeover surely and if they were hoping to provoke holders into selling by moving the price down then it didn't work today. There were at least 1.5 million (possibly over 2 million) more bought than sold. I assume we will see a very large sell posted in the next couple of days.

Agreed, Trevor Brown is a problem. He hovers over this share at present like a spectre at a feast. Still, one or two buyers have just appeared and buys now exceed sales by over a million. Probably no more than a 3 million overhang left.

Only 785k traded so far today. I have way more than that. If there was bad news coming I'd expect the number of shares traded to be much higher. Not sure what the MM's are up to other than trying to drum up trade but MM's selling shares to PI's at 2.35p is loss making for the MM's.

Hi TD, I used to work in IT. Sometimes I find stuff that other people don't. Years of practice I guess. Expansion of search parameters mostly and using a number of search engines other than Google. In context of FBDU, it would explain the rise in share price recently. It also gives comfort for the whole concept of Texrad both here and over at FDBK. The future's so bright I gotta wear shades.

Correct Geoff but I have no proof the company are selling a bottle a day per store yet. Another poster elsewhere suggested that stores may only be selling between 1 - 3 bottles a week. That would reduce the calculated figures significantly. 2 bottles a week would equate to 53,600 cases a year and the company takeover comparison figure down to £98 million excluding whatever amount goes through Amazon and various bar sales per year. It might be best to assume less than a 20 multiple for now. I'd assume a 6 multiple is best at present, at least until we see how sales take off in the US.

Can't wait to see the Walmart RNS. That will put a rocket under the share price.

That's an interesting post Haggis. Distil now sell in Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Waitrose, and (so we all believe) Asda. They also sell to Mitchell & Butler, Wetherspoons, Amazon etc. but I'd like to concentrate on just the high street supermarkets right now. According to company websites, Tesco have approx 3,500 stores, Sainsbury 1,312, Morrisons 498, Waitrose 350, and Asda 525. Approx total UK supermarket stores 6,185. If each store sold 1 bottle of Distil product per day then total number of bottles sold would be 6,185 x 365 days = 2,257,525 bottles a year. That would be 188,127 cases a year. If 70,000 cases is worth $160 million in a takeover then 188,127 cases could be worth $430 million. And $430 million at the current exchange rate is £344 million. I'll stop now and let that sink in. Feel free to adjust number of bottles sold per store per day as you see fit. It makes one think, does it not?

Increase in outlets where DIS products sold over last 12 months - 17.6%. Increase in volumes sold over last 12 months - 25% (excluding Easter '17 sales). I'm happy with that. Generally a high P/E ratio means that investors are anticipating higher growth in the future (e.g. the USA). I know I am.

Distil added Waitrose outlets last October and Weatherspoons on 8th March this year (so too late to boost the 3rd quarter results). To get a 25% uplift in sales volume from Waitrose sales alone doesn't seem at all bad to me. The previous supermarket additions all occurred in 2015 I believe so no major year on year uplift should have been expected there. I wonder just how much more volume they will achieve when they start their sales push in the USA. I think you are being just a wee bit negative all told. Perhaps you need to find a more exciting home for your investment cash. Horses for courses.
