Quoted 5 to sell the lot.
You didn't ask any questions. and I'm too busy making money... :D
A little resistance at yesterday's highs is expected. But this keeps on going.
No raise required, read the RNS
Well played GB. I've just bought more. haha.
Hard to buy anything here at the moment, just a grand here or there. Nothing more gets quoted. Can sell the lot for 3.6p.
Not at all. The company taking over will have cash, they just want to use the fact we are already listed.
DISH isn't going up at the moment... It's flat.
HL has woken up.
It does suck, although if your plan was/is to sell straight away on relisting at lower price than yesterday, then why not sell yesterday?
The money I left in here is for the future development, what happens today is for the traders. I suspected it would drop a little on relist, then bounce around a bit, then hopefully find its new value higher than before. I may be wrong of course.
Yeah, most of the platforms appear to be stuck on the suspension. We'll see what happens when they wake up.
The company has become solvent again after the dismissal of the winding up petition against it. It now has around £223,000 in cash and has reduced liabilities to around £140,000.
The new directors believe the remaining cash is sufficient to explore and undertake a potential reverse takeover transaction under AIM Rule 14. They are assessing potential opportunities.
Itsarm is currently an AIM Rule 15 cash shell after disposing of its previous trading business. It needs to complete a reverse takeover by late September to avoid suspension and eventual delisting.
The announcement does not mention any plans for a placing or needing to raise additional funds. The focus seems to be on finding a suitable acquisition target rather than raising capital right now.
HL wont let you do anything yet, they're so slow. I'm expecting a little turbulence here while the various providers sort themselves out.
Knew it!
Fair enough. that was quite amusing.
Well good luck on that. Can we all stop talking about DISH now please? :D
When something is rising and people in the chat are even mentioning that it is surging because of another share, it is a massive red flag for me. A rise has to have some substance, or it will just drop again. Here, there was a genuine change to the business. With the decision this morning (assuming it has gone our way) there is another real change, with new directors and a new strategy for increasing value. DISH is just going up on spillover hype. I don't want that.
Well, they will already know, and will be writing the RNS for us.
Here's hoping.
Best of luck. With this and the golf.
Nah, people will absolutely buy low calorie sweet products. Just look at the markets for other sweeteners (artificial and 'natural').
