It would be very easy to employ a project manager/production manager, get him to these locations, oversee testing of samples crushing etc , get small samples tested to required needs and move forward production, instead of trying to oversee everything from the UK, been a project manager all my life, it doesnt sit with me that PC knows the way forward from testing ,so get someone in that does, whats it going to cost £100k, a year, pennies on the grand scale of things
