Yip, agree and will keep topping up here! The market on a quick inspection this morning ended it seems, rather subdued and I guess we are all thinking: "What is the road and options going forward"? Certainly in times of volatility, the best hedge and yield is here on a well run gold mining company! GLA!

The recent history has been "unexpected sharp rises (or falls!) for CMCL. I agree, the recent confidence by management must point to something positive and I hope an improved dividend. I have topped up quite substantially here and lessened exposure to PAF for now. I think the state capture, new mining charter and anc implosion on corruption means that PAF cannot flourish, so my thinking is to seek to grow my portfolio elsewhere. If Tanz Gov vs ACA can sort out their business problems, that could be a good punt and may effect SHA positively as well? GLA. Blue today but Light Blue! LOL!

Thanks seer. I agree. I also like CMCL and could I ask you to look at the brilliant presentation by the Hawaii guy by the vice-CEO. I thought it rather brilliant, imho. Yes, I see HOC's flying again today but for now I am watching and a large chunk in cash. I see both Gold and Silver have eased and inversely (as always?) to the USD which has strengthened a tad. Volatility is the order of the day, I am afraid to say, LOL!

seer, sitting far away and not 100% clear of the outcome of the election - what is your immediate reaction? How does the election result effect the stock market? Is there an effect on physical gold and silver? Are we a tipping point for more world wide volatility? Or are we now too miniscule to affect any trend? Will be adding today after careful thought! But, I have been reading the Zim Mining Ministers views regarding the Platinum Mines. You have to be careful with these chaps, they are inconsequential to say the least!! Other examples are Zwane in SA with a new mining charter not shared with the Chamber of SA Mines, and the ACA- VAT sticking point in Tanzania!!!

Some Chunky K buys today! I think this one just wants to go, LOL! Gold is up again soon to touch 1300! If this trend continues. Still of the opinion if a little swan of the black variety strikes, a minor stock market correction or a greater Canadian Housing Mortgage problem etc.. we could shoot upwards with our PM's! There are predictions for a stick market correction on the 8th! Dooms Day, LOL! Casey and Daily Reckoning etc...

On Friday I tried to buy a decent chunk of CMCL but was limited to only £1500 worth of shares. Anybody know WHY that was and would it have been the same on other platforms as well? Thanks for your opinions!
