This really astounds me that the POG rises suddenly and many of the goldies I watch or am invested in plunge, why? Is it because of the negative US Presidential election sentiment? I would have thought gold shares are best leverage and hedge in times of volatility, surely?

OsullivanB, I read it again and that is a good question and wonder if Lennie has the answer? If one writes to Mark Learmoth, the CFO, you get a rapid reply. If the share price rises, why does the company have additional expenses?

Agree, the fall is unwarranted. POG up to $12844 today and must negate these so called rising costs in Rands! Anyway, the presi there will put up a fight, state capture - like many other African states is too financially rewarding to give up overnight. So the Rand will weaken imho! He needs to make a speech!!! I will top-up when my bucks arrive!

Wonder if the blip was the result of the Rand strengthening after charges were dropped against Gordhan? At one point R16 to the £! Down from 22 before Brexit!

It could be that the Rand that strengthened because charges were dropped against the Minister of Finance had something to do with it but congratulations on topping up! I wish I was more liquid!

Time to "Top Up"! I read that they have successfully taken on 4 previous tailings projects, so why should the DFS not be positive for Elikhulu? I wonder if part of the drop in the sp has not been the strengthening of the Rand, R16,50 to the £ today where as it was more than 22 a few weeks ago prior to Brexit.

Lennie, let me know if you can find out if there is a reason for the drop. I was wondering if it was bad news on the new Zimbabwe Bonds as currency released over the past day? Does this spell Hyperinflation and chaos for the residence again? I read that your money declined in value as you drank a cup of coffee!!! FBI investigation into Clinton's e-mails caused a sudden jump of $10 late yesterday afternoon. I wonder if this will be sustained level Larry Edelson from Real Wealth's Neural Model requires for gold to bottom and start moving upwards? Is this the start of the 2nd up-leg in the Au Bull Run? Hope so! Or will gold continue its side-ways movement to December?

I have viewed Larry Edelson from Supertrader in Florida's AI Chart and it has been very accurate to date. It shows a rise to December for POG. He claims to in-put a wide ranging set of data.....blah, blah etc...Reading what he says, the POG depends on where the 200 Day Gold Trading Averages. Also Gold Futures need to consistently close above $1275, and we are still showing weaknesses on that one. Who knows but sideways movement and quiet markets are said to accompany the wait up to the US Election. It does seem to matter which Party's President get's chosen according to Larry!
