Could it be that the strike price may not be as they expect so they want to make up for it in a different way.

It's a very interesting scenario at the moment, We have a buyer or buyers, and we ar all rationally talking about a buy out.

On top of this we have the CEO getting more options at 1p. And on top of this we have the CEO mentioning in his podcast with Roast that now we have a guarantee of power at Roan and Sable we can or should re-value the assets in Zambia.

I would be interested to see the up to date share register, because over the last 2 months over 300 million shares have in one way or another been purchased and when it stops there should be a TR1 unless purchases have been bought in different accounts in different places so it's hidden. Just the type of thing IRH would do.

We all have to pay tax. Why does everyone keep on going on about if corporation tax goes up. It will, so does that mean you won’t invest anymore in anything. It a nonsense.

Well, over 52 million shares traded in the last 3 working sessions. Then you have to consider how many were traded over the previous 3-4 weeks so we are talking about 100's of millions. I wonder what the total will be by Friday.

You beat me to it, If the HG news is factual, then not only has a fund or funds been selling but PI's have been selling which I stated from the very start, the point being that again no one knows what is going on. So this could last for ages until fantastic news is sent out and hopefully that is the end of it. However, if a high proportion of PI's have been selling I assume some of this may have gone to funds not known yet, another thing that I or anyone else knows.

I would like to put my two pennyworth in. I must agree with Kalan when he states that no one knows what is going on, for instance, it has been said that Jupiter have 27 million left well there have been over 27 million shares traded in the last 3-4 working days. There are numerous people or funds selling and buying and until that is finished or calmed down or a TR1 has been announced we are all non the wiser. Just as a point, has anyone considered that IRH are the buyers as when you come to think about it, the 30% that JLP make over 10 years will probably be a high percentage of what it costs them to buy them, and on top of all of this, with their wealth they could grow the company by 10 times in 3 years if they wanted to and be seen as doing something positive for the planet rather than pumping for oil

When you look back on it, especially when you have children and grandchildren you do sometimes scratch your head but I'm not complaining at all, in fact I had the time of my life and wouldn't change it for anything. It does teach you to read people and to not suffer fools etc. It has made me a bit intolerant as I get older which does frustrate me, but my wife being the opposite keeps me in check

Yes I went to school and was asked to leave when I was 14, I was terrible at school, I would not do my homework or anything I ended up going to the university of life, getting jobs and being sacked etc etc. I then met a friend and after being on holiday with him and others we came back home and started a small company which grew.

I do not really understand the question, my mother dies when I was 12, my father remarried and the new wife didn't want me to live with her so as i was working at the time I got a flat and got a lodger and supported myself doing 2 jobs one in the day and one at night. I started my business when I was young and sold it when I was 29 to a PLC. So if you are asking if I had help, well the Bank gave me a facility so yes I received help. I'm not sure what else to say, but I fully understand Kalan and admire him for how he achieved

I am full of admiration for you as I lived on my own when I was 14 and worked. I fully appreciate what you are saying .

When you plough your own field and employ others who just want to do the minimum and get the maximum and dislike you for being the owner who took the chances and get's the benifits when things go well and also puts money in when things go badly you can't help being a bit jaundiced with your thoughts. In the US they love it if you are successful but over here there is nothing but jealousy which I have never understood. You help people and they bite the hands that feed

Champagne with beer money as they say. If you give me a house for me my husband and 6 children and a car and £1000 per week, I'm more than happy to protest about the Government. It's really interesting that everyone thinks that the Government are a completely separate being to the people, they not, except some distribute money better than others.

I know you may think me crazy to say it but after reading some interesting articles I really believe some and only some people are selling shares, not only in JLP because they are so worried about what Labour are going to do with CGT.

Although everyone hates paying taxes, me as well,when it comes to CGT you only pay tax on a profit, and a profit is a profit as they say.
