Thank you for your response, however I find it strange that you are interested in what is going on as you have sold but that is up to you. I'm sorry to say that in the Middle East, they really don't care about TR1,s 2's or 3's they are a law unto themselves as they hold all the money, and remember we are not talking about a FTSE 100 or 250 or 500 we are talking about a piddly little Company that seems to of had luck run against them. To think that they care about concert parties I'm afraid is a bit naive, they couldn't care less. The other areas about the Contract I can't argue with you as I just don't know. I am painting a scenario that I believe may happen in the near future as it seems to be lining up that way. I am not being optimistic, or pessimistic, If it happens then it happens, if it doesn't then JLP will continue slowly and I still believe they have a good Company with fantastic prospect, it will just be a lot slower that everyone including me thought, Yes I' am really annoyed and frustrated, I bought at 3.2p and then at 8p so I am losing but that is the risk I am taking. I sold shares in JLP in the last few weeks to put into another Company which I think in the next 3 months will treble and then I will get back in here if it is right. I am not ramping, if I was I would tell you the Company I have put money into.

I just think that something like this be it a full or partial sale will happen. If I'm wrong I have said that if needed I will apologise , but there is nothing wrong with putting thoughts down on this board as that is what it is there for. One way or another I still feel things will improve, it's just the timeline that has to be worked on. One other thing, if you feel that globally 2025/2026 are going to be good then stay independent personally from what I hear from people who are in much better positions that me and who deal globally, you better batten down the hatches, so would I like a deal and cash out NOT ARF !! Sorry to go on and on and please tell me to shut up if you have had enough BUT, when the IRH deal was done ,Leon stated it was BINDING, so how if it is BINDING can he re negotiate unless there are terms in the Contract allowing it. Secondly when was this deal done as any lawyer worth their salt would have put a clause in about IRH making a bid and that would have a time limit. So that would come into play but I just want to know what BINDING means as far as Leon is concerned because if it is then he can't talk to others unless both parties agree to it. I am not a lawyer but I have sold 3 companies and help sell about 5 Companies and although you can put anything you want into a Contract these points are quite standard

That is a fair comment and one that I have thought about quite a bit. firstly, 16p was my figure and I could be way out

secondly, Fidelity sold because of the Fund that they wanted to close, it's just that if I am correct they had a willing buyer.

Thirdly, and I have seen it happen on a couple of occasions, side deals are done, other areas of making money are given,

don't you think it strange that 3 Funds are selling one after the other and there has been no TR1 about where the shares have gone, if these shares have been purchased by various veichles that make sure none hold more than 3% nothing needs to be said. Again this has happened many times in the past especially with a private institution based in the middle east. So it's nothing to do with generosity it's to do with business and deals, buying in the market makes the SP find it's own level. I repeat this is theory not fact and if I am wrong I am more than happy to apologise.

As you said, IRH do not own the 260m tonnes, which is probably the very reason why IRH (if I am correct, and will apologise if I am incorrect) they are doing what they are doing. Firstly, the NAV of JLP will be restated as will all the other assets including the 260m tonnes and the IP etc etc. It has been said that at the moment the NAV equates to about 5-6 p or there abouts. If you work out the profit that IRH was going to make out of the deal before costs and with Copper at todays price they would want to do everything possible to protect the deal, in fact, if you work out what JLP were going to make out of the deal long term it is probably 4 times the amount to which IRH would probably have to pay to buy JLP

If IRH purchased JLP for $500m it would be a fantastic deal for them assuming that they would have not only ther original deal but everything else, Chrome could pay for the deal on it's own in about 8-10 years or even less. It's a blinding deal for IRH considering they were willing to put $1 billion into Vendata, they could mop up a lot of the Copper small people and make an absolute fortune, they could even buy the people who make the main Roan concentrators.

It would be fantastic if you looked at it unemotionally, if we were not investors you would say it's a no brainer, I just hope that IF this theory is correct that Slater can get his original money back as I would at this present moment take 16p all day long and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

JLP did NOT state that they would do 25k Cu or 2 million of Chrome.

Also, it has been stated that all 3 of the funds FID Cannacord and Jupiter are now selling, I know FID has now finished as with one of the other 2. May I ask, or state that doesn't it seem funny to all the one after the other has sold, The Company may have problems but there is no need for a fire sale as far as we are aware, so 3 funds selling into the market and there has been no TR1 regarding who is picking them up even after Leon some time ago was asked about the missing 300 million shares. I state again and will apologise if I am incorrect, IRH couldn't do a deal with Vendata with $1 billion so they are now going in a different direction, do a deal with the institutions to buy as many of their shares through the market, wait until they have the results of the Roan tests when Leon is going to renegotiate and then wait until they are ready to put in a low bid, which is why Slater has put his own FD in to protect as much as possible. Funny that Neal was offered a job he couldn't refuse and no one knows where he has gone as he is now under the radar. This is in play and let's hope we can get as near to 16p as possible which was Slaters first purchase, which is why the Directots have got 1p options etc etc etc.

I was wondering if they have agreed to keep the 4 drills on site and keep on drilling or will they have to re schedule

for the drill rigs again. I ask this because of keeping the momentum going with everything

You are not wrong it what you say but it's the perceived wrong or skewed messaging that we keep hearing from Leon that has trashed the confidence it the Companies abilities that is also a very big problem. He can't do anything about the institutions but he can or could have explained things more honestly regarding historic problems. I know you don't message me back which I have no problem with, BUT sentiment drives a share and that positive sentiment has been blown out of the water. I just hope this turns around as fundamentally JLP is a very good Company.

I have been looking for the podcast where they mentioned hole 17 being 6 meters of TIN, it was Xmas time and it went on for about 50 mins. I am still looking for it and it's frustrating that I can't find it but I will keep on searching.
