Having been happy to exit LUC in early 2019 at 50p a large holding now £2.70 plus!! I have the same feeling about this and I am not going anywhere soon!!

Yesterday 18th December at 15:55 I called EVERY office / distributor in the SOUTH EAST and I couldn’t speak to anyone regarding an order / quote for Building Materials.
Head Office obfuscated responsibility palming me off to Maidstone Store and they said "we Handle contracts only" here’s a number of a local store where I started!!! took NO INTEREST IN TAKING a £1500 order. No one BOTHERED to call me back to ensure I had been served well!!??.
As a Shareholder I was worried and even more so when I rang Burtons firstly contact details were EASY to find secondly somebody PICKED UP the phone and was very helpful and clearly wanted my Business.
I do hope to see excellent progress in your Interims to be posted on the 11th January and if not Steve Francis needs a BIGGER pair of boots for Christmas as the Network needs a MUCH BIGGER BOOT!!??. I pushed the Burtons guy and he said that SIG still OUT OF TOUCH and resting unwisely on past loyalties.
