I was on 0.96% but I took the opportunity to top up to 1% while the price is low.

Hopefully there won’t be too much dilution in the years ahead as Cobra move towards low cost ISR production.

This is great result because it provides funding to progress the MRE and ISR feasibility study fir the REEs

I hold only 0.96% because I left a small sell limit order on and accidentally sold some a while ago when it hit 2p. I'm not doing that again.

Risks 1, 2 & 3 all got a lot less likely given today’s RNS news drop. If there are no risks then holding always pays the best return.

Is anybody else thinking the best strategy will be to ignore the share price and hold for dividends in the long term?

I know we don’t like to think about, it but what are the risks to the company from here?

I can see several risks but all low probability and manageable.

1) The MRE could be lower than anticipated. Unlikely given they have purchased additional tenements and drilling results so far are excellent.

2) The ISR field study might result in poor yields. Unlikely given comments on the Sunday Roast from senior geologist and major shareholders David Clarke.

3) Rare Earth prices could drop. Incredibly unlikely given geo-political tensions and demand increases from tech and defence.

4) Shares could become heavily diluted. Unlikely given ISR is low capex.

Does anybody see any other risks?

Does anybody know the rules around when the management team will be permitted to buy shares in COBR? I know that they are not permitted to buy shares while they have information that has not yet been released via an RNS. But if we have a frequent flow of RNSs then when are they allowed to buy shares?

The announcement today of the sale of Cobra’s 279,000 oz gold to Barton is exactly what I hoped would happen.

It brings in the funding needed to progress the Rare Earths without issuing a ton of new shares and diluting current shareholders.

It’s an excellent move and I expect to see the share price jump today as a result of his announcement.

RV said we should expect results 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of sonic drilling, which completed 12th May. so the results are due out any day this week or next.

I notice quite a few buys as people stock up ahead of the results.

It looks like they copied the price 143 into the units box and then hit sell.

I bet they were just testing the water to see what price a sell would fetch, hence the low volume.

There have been a few buy trades over the past couple of days.

Interest is growing as we head towards the results of the sonic drilling, and then to be followed by the MRE Mineral Resource Estimate for the heavy rare earths.

They have 279,000 ounces of gold confirmed as a JORC classified gold resource.

According to RV even the highest cost gold miners are reportedly making ~$1.7k/oz (@MiningOnline).

My maths comes up with 279,000 * $1700 = $474M which is much higher, many multiples of the current market cap.

And we have REE on top of that.

Is the sp so low because people cannot do the maths?

Or are investors worried it is going to take a long time to get the gold and REE out of the ground and realise a return?

COBR has 279,000 oz gold which is worth $873M if they can get it out of the ground. That's about 1000x the total market value today. That must provide a back-stop and the share price floor in case they discover issues with the ISR method of extracting rare earths?
