The 1 code is absolutely bull s***. Seen it so many times before and nothing. If you sell cause you see you one code then maybe you shouldn't be investing.

I prefer to think about more than just the money from the deal and more about how much buisness they will bring to bagr. Most will not be thinking about what this could be in 1,2 years time
