Cheers Bod I was asking the question because I discussed it with an accountant as per the Sept 2018 RNS stating in conjunction with his employment Tobin would be awarded warrants, and just wandered if they would be liable for income tax if he they were awarded for work. It was merely a theory for why he would exercise now when he was years to do so, didn't really expect someone to take it so personally

Happy for you to correct me if you think I’m wrong, but as far as I am aware he pays income tax on warrants so would be better suited to exercise lower

You pay tax on the difference between the price the warrants were issued at and the exercise price! If you exercise now you pay less tax than let’s say a much higher offer! Just a theory to why he’s doing it now mate ;)

Or he has exercised them because of the income tax you pay between the prices, he does not have to be inside to hear things as we have all heard things through sky etc! The tax difference between exercising now and a potential offer much highe would save him a fortune! Absolutely no reason to exercise now with how long he had on them :)

I rarely post on here but the first time I fell out with him 6 months ago was because I corrected him on RJ selling out and proved right as he’s clearly as bullish as ever!!

To this date I have never come across a large share holder predicting a 30% drop in their own stock it just does not happen! We all my predict a retrace of some sort but never a specific number so low to where we finished on Friday!

So it is quite obv that he is trolling he has no interest in any of you or is looking out for you by throwing his opinion on the major share holders!! All he is doing it throwing doubt into your minds so you sell!

As Daramuda said the man thrives on interaction mainly negative at that so if everyone filters him he won’t get his satisfaction!!

I can assure everyone on here from speaking to the major holders that they want DEV to the moon!!

Guys if you believe for a second that bottomzdown is a large holder of DEV you are deluded, he’s a trolls plain and simple!

He has a clear agenda against RJ, Duff and Akers which prob comes down to as simple as there wealth!!

People really need to stop making a big deal about the RNS on Monday! EUA gave the nomad a standard response because they were questioned and had to answer! Revert to the previous RNS oh look we are in a closed sale period who would have guessed! As for did the nomad know we were above the sale price? Seriously? Read that question again and I’m pretty sure you can answer yourself! No one is hostage in this share if you feel uncomfortable then sell no one will hold it against you and you should have made great profit! What will be will be you just have to decide if your in or out?
