The dilution of course will be huge, but on the bright side the company should be valued at maybe 10 times the present value. So, not so bad after all.
You're right. I reckon gwik will rto a little oil company with the understanding i3 will takeover these. A good result all round. And Brummie, do your research and you will realize the material gain should be much more than you think. Seems to me i3 want to grow aggressively adding great value for shareholders. They are coming to the market with rising oil price and a low cost labour/ machinery environment. Really looking forward to March.
Still think it will happen. A person of his experience and sidekicks would not have taken over without some kind of long term plan. Just wonder if the board would like to hijack the i3 profits.
Sorry. My question was poorly explained. Just want to work out the percentages. Who owns how much. At present the board of i3 own 100% of i3. But after flotation this will drop sharply. Just trying to work out roughly how much the shareholders of gwik will own.
The money invested in i3 is equivalent to around 0.055p gwik sp. People are saying it will be instantly worth double that. Once i3 floats that could double so my maths tells me we could end up with approx 0.2p equivalent to gwik. The real value is an rto which I think the board will pull it off.
