Guidance and 2022 results are pretty solid.
400 million wiped off the debt and they haven’t even sold the inventory yet.
Couldn’t care less about the dividend tbh. The value here is within the SP itself

He replied and didn't even acknowledge my thoughts on it.

yes I agree.
EVERYTHING that came out of the company with regards Thorny River (TR) made me excited.
And EVERY TIME JC did an interview regarding TR he referenced Marsfontein which was a huge success for Southern.
So WHY WHY WHY play it down now?
All the work has been done and all they have left is the task of digging the diamonds out.
But are they getting value for money when it comes to the percentage were receiving?

The build up has been a little frenzied so I suspect tomorrow will be a pivot point for the direction of travel over the next 6 months.

yes you make very relevant and compelling points.
And I too thought Thorny River was the game changer - until Teeling worked his 'magic' just before xmas by dampening expectations.
But what revenue can we expect from a deal where we take 15% of the run and 25% of special stones?
I can't quite remember the maths but is the projected revenue over $100 million?

And feel free to lambast me for this but -

I hope we get bought out.

Please feel free to wade in.
With any investment (for me anyway) there has to be an end point, where you sell and make money, or sell and take the loss.
And if 2023 goes to plan I have the feeling 2024 could be it for me.
GHAGHOO appears to be the catalyst for BOD. With small cap minors I'm a great believer in deals that essentially open the doors to the big money.
Marsfontein and TR will generate revenue.
But unless JC can seal the deal with Ghaghoo and the interested parties KX36 will not get off the ground. And KX36 releases value that will move the pipeline projects forward at pace.
I hope I'm still holding when the next AGM rolls around, but I honestly cannot be certain.

There’ll be a wealth of information to study very shortly.
But I suspect it will only feed yet more speculation :-/
And regardless of what is said in this weeks update this is a fantastic company with a long term i investment case which is hard to beat.

If POLY can retain their Russian assets (when so many others are having to abandon theirs or sell) I think the long term value of the company is well past £10.

I’ve not read that number (13) in a long while.
But regardless of what the Q4 update brings i have great faith in a) management and b) the strength of gold over the coming 12 months. I hope we make at least £10 in the coming years to at least ease your pain

Its hard not to get excited given the recent rise.
But I think we'll see 340-350 at close of play Tuesday. For me the vast majority have taken their positions.
I'm tantalisingly close to my b/e of 360p.
It'd be great to start making POLY money again . . .

Firstly welcome aboard, as 799 said you could’ve timed this well.
I’m by no means an expert here but this board is very sensible, and many of us are LTH’s.
I’ve been in since 2018 but plenty beat me.
As a rule there’s very little liquidity here, buying in bulk can be tricky and selling can be hard.
Of late someone has been selling aggressively into any even nominal buying. I couldn’t sell even 50k this afternoon despite the buying activity.
