The above is a major positive that the market is continuing to ignore but they’ll understand eventually…

Crude oil prices(currently $89) have never been as high whilst COPL have been unhedged this year so this is major news :)

With oil prices expected to rise further into year end this was a great move by Art as the upgraded gas gathering system(went online in July) will also enable COPL to increase production into year end creating a perfect storm for the company to capitalise on :D

Higher oil prices = More money 💰

Increased oil production = More money 💰

What’s happens when both happen at the same time? ;D

Factoring in that some of the big oil producers were offline for 10+ days in July and COPL still managed 37831 barrels for the month I would say 40K+ is a guarantee.

A few of the comments this morning in relation to the GGS deserve a ‘lol’…

Communication with the company revealed the upgraded GGS is performing better than expected and without that info it was quite easy to see that was going to be the case anyway…

Some have also misread this point in the RNS…

“Currently, the Company is determining the best level of efficiency and is restarting NGL gas injection in September.”

This is restart of increased injection rates on the field as the field is currently being maintained with a base level of gas injection which is confirmed through July WOGCC release when looking at one the injectors data…

August WILL show an increase imo it’s just a case of how much and it won’t be long until that data is released:)

Nope…still over 1bn+ barrels of oil with an estimated recovery factor of 50% on their land :)

Also… COPL are now fully funded into 2024 and the new upgraded gas gathering system is still expected to double monthly oil production before year :D

The GGS is working much better than expected :)

RNS today also has loads of positives…JV with a major looks nailed on, hedge removed end of Jan, COPL funded until next year…

Keep your eyes on the prize…some definitely are with the amount of buys going through ;)

And everyone wonders why PI’s mostly lose money…

Rancher Energy was then supplied the CO2 needed for operations from Exxon Mobil :)

The hedges in place currently are in place on the first 948 bopd which caps the sale price at $52.87 per barrel…

Anything over that is completely unhedged and can be sold at the current market rate which is $86 per barrel…

Julys daily bopd was 1,220 which highlights the reason why everyone is excited about crude oil price increases as this directly impacts revenues to COPL which goes perfectly with the increase in production we’re expecting to see as a result of the upgraded gas gathering system which came online in July…

Things are looking VERY bright here :D

@stas just checked again…I had data for atomic only lol

RNS on 26th July 2022 stated COPL had a total of 48,000 acres…

So right now they have 45,307 acres factoring in recent changes.

@Stas COPL have 39,723 acres in their possession in Wyoming :)

COPLs oil production increasing into year end + Oil surging into year end = Perrrrrrrfect :D

By my estimates COPL will currently be flowing more than 1500 bopd(could be much more) on the field…I believe some are behind the curve on this but they’ll catch up :)

Any increase from Julys daily production is completely unhedged so a change in oil prices to the upside greatly benefits COPL…

And the upgraded gas gathering system allowing COPL a to produce more oil they are positioned perfectly…

The next update from the company will have many rushing to get in :)

Crude oil now above $85… whispers through the grapevine also confirming COPL is producing more oil with the upgraded gas gathering system working excellently ;D

Stas when doing any analysis on the frontier formation ‘IMPACT EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION LLC’ is a good one to look at as they’ve drilled multiple horizontals in what looks like a quite extensive drill program recently successfully targeting the Frontier who are not too far NE from COPL…

Their results are also impressive and I did mention before I would be surprised if the JV partner wasn’t also looking at their data…bodes very well for us

Stas whilst doing a bit of digging of the company I also found they brought a new horizontal last year targeting the Shannon formation and got 1000 bopd initial rate out of it…

We have a few a horizontals on our BFSU field so nothing stopping them from tracking back up to 750 bopd or above with higher gas injection rates on the field :)

No wonder the major oil company wants a JV with COPL ;D
