Letter to Shareholders of the Company

I am delighted to be able to tell you that as the final version of the prospectus has now been submitted for sign off by the FCA our focus has moved to finalising the work (which is already well advanced) required for the completion of the UK SPAC/Hellenic RTO and the admission of the shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Even though the transaction may have been a lengthy and complex one (because Hellenic will be the first cultivator of medicinal cannabis to obtain a listing on the Main Market) the directors of the two companies have throughout retained their confidence in the project and the benefits that it can bring to the shareholders of both companies. They are extremely grateful for the work over the last eighteen months by the excellent team of advisers and brokers.

You will shortly receive a copy of the prospectus together with the notice of the general meeting to approve the resolutions necessary to enable the Company to complete the RTO process and confirmation of the completion date.

Just had chance to look at this share , tempted but hoping it's not a another bagir , they had revenue 50 mil but went bust , shandong ruyi were supposed to invest and then pulled out . My 4k became zero mid covid.

Wish people would just post about this share and keep personal fueds away from the message board . Ive stop reading as I cba with all the nonsense bickering.

I was one of those that sold GGP at 2p if i waited a year would have been 20 fold increase , I had a small stake in OMI few years ago at 2p lost out on that too ,sold too early. I've been on here now 6 months not going to make the same mistake again .

Let's hope we get some update soon , did they say its in Sept?

GGP has nearly double amount of shares compared to oracle ,no consolidation there. Went from 1p to 37p

Just checked my top up at 11.46 showing as sell
