Purchased 3,000 at just under 57p had hoped for a better price but it did not stay at -6% for long.

According to HL 291,000 shares have changed hands this morning.

No great shift in price but clearly some interest in Cairn Energy.

An impossible country riven by corruption and incompetence....and I say that as someone who holds shares in Cairn Energy and Amerisur. India cannot be trusted and neither can ONGC imo. We might get lucky but hoping the Indians will make a bid is a bit thin.

What we need are more positive drilling results and higher production rates then all kinds of bidders will appear.

If you believe that Lupizor will eventually pass the FDA Phase 3 trials on the basis that it works for most patients then this is cheap.

But I would like to see an explanation as to why the patients on a placebo apparently did as well as those on the drug? We need some scientific facts to support a return to previous price levels. If someone is buying bigly, what do they know that we don't?

It seems that Fastjet have secured funding....wonders never cease. Well who knows maybe a £700 million pa airline with a few assets and modest debts might attract support next week?

Frustrating to see the sp back to where it was 3 months ago! I retain a buy and hold stance but had hoped for better. I appreciate Oil has taken a bashing over October but gas earnings and oil potential here are very good.

I am not aware of any bad news from a science perspective yet the market has sold off OXB.

I hope the sp reflects a general market malaise rather than bad news lurking.

The Government is very busy with other matters though!

Is this airline still a going concern? I think it is and therefore expect a bid from perhaps Stobart, the Peel Group or possibly easyJet as potential suitors.

The shorters are making money and might yet prevail but the business can and should be saved imo.

Maybe and maybe not.

Holding for the time being as people gamble through recessions as do those of us holding this share!

Shame, these things happen and its your cash. I am content to hold in the expectation of 250p in 2019.

Teddy sold some more shares yesterday. Little disappointed by the lack of sp progress but it has been a bad couple of months for markets.

Hi Nolo given the many ramping/over enthusiastic views expressed what do ascribe the recent share price rise too?

I cannot find or missed any recent hard scientific news about IMM to support a run up. I am pleased none the less but feel happier when I can see a cause and effect.

Not convinced the price of oil has much impact on this sp. AMER just need to find more oil and be able to pipe it to market. If the wells being drilled deliver then I would hope to see 20p in early 2019.

OK what is the investment track record of Sir Tim? How many businesses has he started or invested in? Is he an astute private investor with a great track record? Not as far as I am aware, his wife? Do not know.

Sir Tim is a suit hired for specific reasons he is no Branson. Rate Flybe as a punt, risky but you could see it recover and double in price by mid 2019 or not, expect turbulence.
