Fair point Mirasol.....only a few more mins to go!
I wonder if HUR might be one of the few oil and gas stocks which eventually benefits from the UK budget this morning? Most of us assume Hunt will place swinging "windfall" taxes on the industry yet HUR does have that tax benefit attached plus 8-9,000 bopd. Might some mid sized oil producers might view HUR as a convenient tax shelter for some of their profits? We will find out over the next few days of trading.
That does assume we are trading in an efficient market and not a rigged casino?
Sometimes, especially in the commodity markets I think it is more like the casino.
LME and Nickel Prices an interesting story this past week.
Sooooo not quite time to buy back in then?
Not to mention Southern Gold.....time I bought back in, this looks cheap.

Apparently some traders are betting on oil hitting $200 a barrel. I could see it reaching $120 over this winter.
Worrying perhaps but as long as 8-9000 bopd is coming ashore then even the CEO's incompetence cannot wreck the final outcome annnnnd Crystal Amber should be keeping a much closer eye on the management of HUR so I think your fears are probably unfounded.
It is going to be a long cold winter......and oil prices will be going up as the temp falls.
NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Oil prices rose on Tuesday and settled higher after news that oil supply to Hungary via the Druzhba oil pipeline has been temporarily suspended due to a fall in pressure.
Brent crude futures rose 72 cents to settle at $93.86 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rose $1.05 to $86.92.
PS I am starting to follow the Nolo approach to filtering. While I am happy to hear counter views and opinions persistent rudeness, ramping or de ramping results in you being filtered. By the same token you can do the same to me.
I think there are two lines of approach here, one financial the other altruistic.
I reduced my stake today and took a loss because I am not sure this punt will pay off.
My hope that IMM find a viable and effective treatment for the disease remains undiminished.
I checked the FT Portfolio data for HBR and their forecast was:
"The 11 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Harbour Energy PLC have a median target of 663.18, with a high estimate of 762.02 and a low estimate of 474.78. The median estimate represents a 74.93% increase from the last price of 379.10."
Nolo your observation is imo valid I also feel there is a feeling of stasis about IMM and the trials. Will Avion break IMM out of this trial loop and on what time scale?
My personal view is that Lupozor probably has some merit as a treatment for Lupus but by the time the FDA grant it a licence will small long term share holders have been wiped out?
The Good News....In its written response, the FDA provided significant and extremely valuable guidance on the study protocol, that could be amended, to improve the regulatory outcome.
The Bad News.....a delay of 18-24 months.
Not sure how the market will react.
Yes I might if offered a cash and share deal. It would depend on who the buyer was and their business proposal.
The Future? Providing HUR continues to pump 8,000 bopd for the next 6 months we are sat on a pile of cash and the NAV maybe 12p a share?
"In the US, lung cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer, with more than 236,000 patients expected to be diagnosed in 2022.1 For patients with metastatic NSCLC, prognosis is particularly poor, as only approximately 8% will live beyond five years after diagnosis.2"
If CIZ has a reliable test to detect lung cancer early then the SP will multiply bigly imo. Astra Zeneca could CIZ for pennies and then offer US customers/health insurers an early test and an effective chemo treatment mix.
That sums up the problem. Not long ago 888 were making money and paying regular dividends which share holders large and small appreciated. But then some ego driven idiot decided to buy bits of WMH to expand 888 and that required the company to borrow a wedge of ca$h which killed the dividend and share price.
