I take on it is a reverse takeover is when a private company takes over a public listed company, they do this instead of doing an IPO usually by buy a large am out of shares BASICALLY a private business become a public one without all rigmarole

We must be approaching year end? and given a large am out of income is made USA so dollar we must have some profit give exchange rate over last 8 months any comments welcome if anyone watching thiis

Certain people on this board being been talking crap spouting they'd buy under 20p so where are your buys then I don't see them???? NO just spout rubbish never put money where mouths are.........and other take advice and listen to them not who are the bigger fools........on plus side expect retrace to some degree we've had a good run last couple weeks no RNS which may have helped but that's life, and as long as it don't crash and give us another hill to climb we'll do OK plenty of upside even without idiots spouting I'll buy I'll buy 20p or under get a life

How do you value a company?????? I don't look at just profit, loses assets, shares in issue many factors now including brexit job security, etc. You just have to dyor weigh up info but sometime its just luck we never really know what's going on in background of companies, government, banks, ....i am not in here yet but keeping close eye for long term hold

HSS holding its own closing down some day but opening higher I am happy with this for time being I still think £1 with a few weeks early June and if summer is a good one even better later in year few big development near me so I guess this is nation wide
