Stated appeal to assign the land to us was rejected, It didn't say the auction wouldn't be re-run or the original bid would still stand. We need clarification, as to what would happen next, if we didn't appeal.

We have until 2022 to convert the bonds, so lots of good news before then. DYOR

Good to appeal, it seems to me that Italian courts are corrupt and have an agenda. Not bad news, as we knew this was going to happen, if it goes our way we know how much the land is worth minimum so won't affect anything, but if the land is assigned to us and we can add value, then that's something else.

Let's see who bought the land? Why didn't we bid? Is the Italian Court corrupt? Good price to top up though..

I think RKB was correct when he said we would show a profit, but because we are negotiating deals with the court, it is in our interest to appear poor on paper. FG will come good, I'm in this for the long term, keep the faith.

Placing shares added today, hence the drop, will pick up in a few days time.

I am thinking, maybe there is going to be a long delay to get the creditor list. Why do a placing now, if we are going to report good news in a few days time.

I was in IRG the SP was low and a lot of negativity about its assets, then they produced an RNS and the SP rose x2 some long term holders sold straight away I sold at x5 on the same day but it went x10. I think we will do the same so 1.5 is way too low to be selling, best not to look at this share every 5 minutes. GLA.

In my opinion this a buying opportunity, wouldn't even think of selling at this level, more news to come with no down side. My sell price is 2.5-3 good luck to all the patient holders, and good riddance to the sellers.

So do you realise that this company has increased the cost of everyone's takaway by charging a 10% or more fee on every order + cost to join and then keeping the money for 2 weeks
