Effectively what you got yesterday is an open ended extension by another name until such time as the company provides more details as PS has said on another thread. Hence the sell off.

Don't know breakdown but assume 3p and 9p warrants. 3p exercisable to 6/5/21 and 9p 6/5/22.

I imagine all the recent ramping is so 3p warrant holders could get their stock sold before today.

I heard that Alan has been manning the phones 24/7 for the last few months fielding queries. That's the real reason the deal went over the deadline. Pity the deal won't make it but it's next level IR to be fair. If anyone can't get through on Alan's direct line, he said to ring the switch and Mary will patch the call through. He also said ring as much as you like. He's only delighted to keep everyone up to date. Thinks it's better than those RNS things!
