from the presentation dated 14th August, just a week ago, no mention of their share in SOLG and Cascabel being diminished or bought by SOLG?

Can someone please remind me what amount they need to pay us to keep their share?

Cascabel itself could hold at least one other tier 1, so NM will be reluctant to give this away cheap With a mine at Cascabel eg Alpala, it would make sense for who ever owns the mine to be exploring and developing other areas there I doubt NM will want to give away rights to the other areas at Cascabel as part of the deal on Alpala I personally feel that NM has put us in a strong position both with fundamentals and from a negotiation stand point

I think this is a good rational summary of where we are at Strategically If we don’t get a very decent offer NM will prob get funds and mine it with Newcrest Not my preferred route but bigger rewards further down the line I think rather than no one being interested I think it’s more of a case that NM has made it clear he is not going to sell us short. Revised MRE and official PEA based on these figures will add value to the asset and our company I still think and hope Alpala does get bought then we can repeat the process again with another project in Ecuador eg Blanca Nieves As long as he remembers the name of the game should be increasing share holder value rather than diminishing it eg with more dilution Feeling very optimistic about the end of year and hopefully sustained positive results ongoing with more high grade intercepts should establish more value on the way

if we had 12 interested parties when we had about half of the resource and lower grades than we have now, then I'm guessing most of these will still be interested.

I think the BOD know that more value will come on completion of revised estimate and PEA IMO, its just a waiting game.

Unless of course someone really wants it and has done their sums and comes in with an irresistible offer, this is by no means out of the question.

Tough market but for those thinking 5-10 years down the line, this could be a major asset for them with billions in profit over the mine life.

Conceptual underground mining, proximity to Aggy, big hopes for Blanca Nieves, clearly this is where the "go for gold' is coming from.

Be great to sell Alpala on revised estimate and PEA then we have cash to develop gold mine and explore for more tier 1s from the 10 other projects yet to be developed.

This is his model and its a develop, sell, repeat model ideally.

My guess is NM will want to sell Alpala following revised estimate and start developing the Blanca Nieves, Aquinaga will be bonus if that shapes up.
