A thought on funds- In the latest presentation this week marketing SOLG it says in big print cash rich 40m I think , so it would be naughty if he does a placement now, I think it’s more people being concerned than it being a likelihood at this stage Get us through to revised estimate and PEA and we’ll be good, if NM wanted to spend current cash he would start on one of the others eg Blanca Nieves It seems he is being savvy by cutting drilling costs on current campaign which implies to me we won’t get a raise before we get what we are waiting for

That’s what I was thinking initially I think we have enough to take us to where we need to be for offers to come in, and some more Debt funding if we take it to production ? But most of us don’t think it will go that far When we know the figures re economics then serious offers should come in Then we have cash for another project This is the model he explained initially, unless I’m wrong?

yes Ive been thinking that, he will prob raise very soon or leave it until after PEA and end of year, I'm sure he has thought of all the options and as has been said we never know whats going on behind the scenes.

If we don't get a fund raise very soon I'm guessing he is expecting an offer once we get the update.

Or he is planning to take to production with debt funding and then the majors know we are serious and not desperate for cash.

Lets put it into perspective though, we do have 40m cash in the bank currently and debt free which most in our position would be envious of.

Its like a chess game from here but I genuinely hope he puts share holder value before his ideas of world domination!

its complicated, have look at some of Toros summaries of each asset over there. They have a whole bunch of potential world class assets, gold and Lithium in Africa, the Lithium project is awaiting assays currently.
Aslo a s--load of iron ore when that turns.
None as quite as developed as Alpala IMO but different resources. NM was on board until recently.

they got funding at 35p, now at 23p, similar to here in that respect.

He has talked of repeating the model, which ideally means selling them as we go along, or at least the first one (Alpala)

and we are debt free which itself is rare

with 40m in the bank I doubt its funds that's holding SP back currently.

might be useful to work out how much of the 40m dollars we are likely to have left by end of year when revised estimate is due, based on the 17k drilling expected from now till then?

IMO dilution at anything like current SP would be a disaster.

If need be I would release resource estimate and PEA before cash gets low then we are able to raise funds if required at much higher SP, in theory any how.

What are others thoughts on this please? reasoned thoughts not the circus variety.!
