Im hoping PRD/Arato can come to an arrangement to stop these conversions but they don't look to be selling that aggressively anyway so they aren't as bad as most loan note providers.

At that time CLN was supposedly dealt with so why would places sell? They were in for the big prize of CO2 and Morocco... only when SP was down well below placing price did the CLN start to announce they were converting which of course means the conditions outlined to the places had been breached

no they convert at a 5% discount to the weighted average bid price.. so is over 2p at the moment. I said 2p as it seems like a fair assessment at the moment.

If the CO2 comes in then im sure all will be forgotten quickly as the CLN would get flushed out quickly. When no volume is in the stock then the CLN can be detrimental.
I cant remember the headroom given to Arato but I think there isn't the headroom available anyway for Arato to convert all their remaining at below 2p

Yep the £1m deposit held against the drill was going to be released on spud to pay off the loan note holder.
This clearly wasn't a contractual agreement given Arato are converting anyway in circa £100k blocks. Either Paul was extraordinarily naive (given he was expressly told to deal with the CLN) or he just plain lied forwell knowing Arato wouldn't take the blind bit of notice.

I don't like how Arato have been allowed to take advantage here at the detriment of shareholders. Its like being infected by a parasite, sooner we can rid them the better.
