If I had say 500k shares to sell and couldnt get a quote you call the broker to leave the order filling in the market or leave 5 mins between sell trades.

plenty of examples where this is an excellent form of funding, both entities win

A convertible note in this regard is no upfront dilution, the loan note provider (In this case would be Trafigura) provides cash and the conversion to shares would typically happen at maturity which is normally 12months after and at a premium to current SP OR be paid back with cash+ interest.
This is a great funding structure as means theres 12months for share price to rerate before immediate dilution. Very different from the VWAP death spiral loan notes that many bottom feeder organisations offer to companies on AIM.

Thats a very meaningful amount and a great show of confidence for things to come.

Find me another company on AIM valued £6m cap that has a whopping 16mmboe 2P reserves booked.

Trafigura will work via an offtake financing so any deal would benefit both parties tradigura buy the oil at a slight discount by providing the money up front, given the nature of this $100m facility being non dilutive it enables ADME huge leverage vs its £6m cap which most small caps would only dream of having... Trafigura have openly stated they back the ADM management team.. there's a mutual respect here.

To fire off 5 sells in a minute is manipulation so you are right in that it has to be execution only as an advisory broker would lose their licence selling like that. A pro would have to leave the order working with an MM or minimum split 5mins between trades.
