Form what I understand If you sell now you could risk losing getting your 4.75p tender cash.. Theyre still distributing and tweaking allocations as mine was 65% yday but had gone up today

So by my calcs the new business will have 191m shares and around £8m in cash which works out at 4p

People selling before the RNS... firstly very poor form from the company not having a 7am RNS.

Secondly people selling may be missing out on the Tendering of shares over 65%...

Absolute dog, why people are buying this is beyond me

I spoke with Jardee last week and there is absolutely nothing sinister going on here, everything at a project level is going right to plan. Just distressed Aussie seller(s) are tax loss selling before June deadline are crossing their stock to UK to use the volume to sell. ASX is a bloodbath so many smallcap investors over there are hurting - esp the miners.

I share everyones frustration here, id like to have seen the company be more proactive at managing its book. I expect this one to go on a meteoric rise at some point Q3.

That this hasn't re rated much higher on today's news given it fell all the way from 60p on placing fears. Now that worry has been put to bed by two large II holders... one would assume it should be re rating back to that level for starters.

There was a distressed seller that was capitulating past few weeks, their stock looks to now be fully absorbed, book looking excellent. Much like SED rebounded 100% in a week or so from distressed seller drying up, could see the same here!
