As pointed out in my post, worst case is that all the cash goes to the shareholders giving a nice easy 3.33p return. I have stated the reasons why I have invested here, this has been massively oversold for a long time but the increased volume and large £70 over ask buys are signalling that now is the time to jump in... Timing and research are key, every share goes up and every share goes down... There is no possible reason you can tell me this company is fooked at current levels, its all there in black and white my friend :)

Great volume today, hopefully a sign of things to come also great consolidation as new buyers come in at higher levels ready for the next push up. Its nice being in a stock that doesnt even have to rely on news to make a big return... this is plane and simply undervalued... as sumarised in my first post.

Haha they moved the ask down to fill those two large orders! Interesting.. now they will be very short of shares! this could shift.

Its also suggested in the company presentation that they are carrying out due dilgence on a number of acqusitions. A JV for the celtic liscence would mean no CAPEX wut this and potential free carry leaving the £11M cash to go shopping with. £11M cash is a substantial amount and in the current climate there will be a huge number of opportunities to be had. Exciting times.

Agree. expecting EOY update at the very least soon, however those big buys Friday could signal something more substantial coming. Either way FAST offers fantastic value at current price. holding nicely and can only see this building as people get wind of this sleeping giant.

indeeed the real bid is 2.55p for well over 200k shares. Not parting with any of these for less than 3.5p. Buy cheap and wait for value to be realised. JV news would be multibagging territory. Carol is on a mission to get this realised.

it ticks all my boxes at current levels... and now volume is here its just a screaming buy, agree anything sub 3p is silly really. You have cash shells out there valued at twice their cash value and they have nothing else and FAST has 40% discount to cash, excellent CEO, huge offshore licence and loads of assets! Remember EOY is end of this month, wouldnt surprise me if Carol pulls out a nice little surprise

Zero Debt Net Cash value per share = 3.33p (current SP 2.4p) so trading at 40% discount to EOY (31st March 2015) cash. Recent appointment of Carol Law as CEO – seasoned professional “ I believe FAST has a very strong exploration portfolio of opportunity to which we would be able to attract major O&G companies” Significant Celtic offshore licence with 600million+ barrels from 3D seismic acquired. JV partner is being targeted for Celtic offshore licence. majors drilling nearby. JV farm in partner would mean no real CAPEX is required, free carry for FAST – multibag if this news surfaces.. serious multibag. Worst Case: Full cash return to shareholders (attributing zero value to any assets) would mean 40% return from current levels.. not bad. Attributing zero value to any assets is being hugely conservative considering looking at the balance sheet Net assets total over $30M (excluding cash), yes a lot of this is value given to 3d seismic but is still not factored in at all to current SP. Summary: Current MC £8M Cash £11.6M Zero Debt Net Assets £20M (currently zero factored in) conservatively lets say 20% of this is immediately realisable value in a quick-fire sale = £4M Current Liabilities.. less than £500k Celtic Offshore licence with 600million barrels oil + potential with new acquired 3d… looking for potential JV farm in as we speak. Morocco licence – backburner till 2016 but strengthens the portfolio nonetheless. Low cash burn – Carol Law doing great job of leaning up the company. Cash + 20% Assets - liabilities= £15M, current MC £8M.. hmm I smell value. Charting Been watching this one on the sidelines for a while now knowing it is a no brainer and hugely oversold, the two huge buys last Friday (one 15% over ask) got the SP moving and to me signal that a retest with a target of 4p is on the way and also possible news that would mean huge gains to be had from current levels. Charts looking very bullish.

Its nice to know that we have shed the big seller now ahead of any news landing. News should now send this up very nicely indeed.. Reverse takeover it what I believe this company was set up for, Chris Akers tipped this share for 2015 so I think we can guess something big will land here. surprised to see this back flat. This is the cheapest this share has been, and with news so close on grades I can see some nice profit to be made here. Im certainly holding out for 1p target and am going to be stubborn with this one.

0.7M.. could easily be double this - as it was a few weeks back. Confirmation that nothing has changed apart from being that much closer to news is all I need to know. Decent grades could take this back to 1.3p, due to land any time now.. and tipped to be excellent.

Chart suggests this is looking like a bounce back to 0.9p-1p initially. Crazy drop today and nice confirmation that there was no reason for said drop.

Yes, the broker that took part in the placing is IMO selling and pinning SP down. Problem here is that we get on average 0 to 1 trades a day here at the moment which isnt helping anyone, certainly not helping shareholders as there is no liquidity here and as a shareholder myself it is slightly frustrating. If you emply a PR company but get 1 trade a day then you have to ask a few questions.... PR company pulling their weight? We shall see...
