ask rising again now :) Still trading massively sub cash value and oil prices back on the up this is just plain cheap now. Farm in partners for Celtic licence become ever more likely with stabilisation of OP, also im very intrgued to see what comes of any new potential acquisitions of merge with Lansdowne....Increased volume suggests good news on the way. Plenty here to keep interest brewing and I see 3/4p re test coming.

I have 1.2M at 2.38p av and will only sell once fair value is realised so no where near current levels.

adding to that I wouldnt be surprised for this to be trading back 5-10p this year... 3.6p is my bare minimum initial target that I see as the very low end of current fair value.

its in a hugely oversold position from December when oil prices taned and sentiment here was crushed. Now things have stabalised, Fast has agreed new terms and expanded there Celtic licence, is rumored to be in discussions with Lansdowne (from irish press) it is cheap. Market is playing catch up here... certainly not even remotely interested in selling one of these until its trading 10% above cash so 3.6p. I see Carol Law (very capable CEO) being able to add 10% value to cash at the very least.. its pretty much an insult to her at this trading so low currently and you can bet she is peddling hard to get shareholders value back. Asset value here also huge! & Nil debt. Happy days.

Well well... I think we may be finally beginning to get back over 3p. 3.3p cash value here alone so is stupidly oversold/cheap currently.

MMs should be short of shares as many more buys than sells since a few weeks back when SP was higher (including isdx). Normally a good indication that the price will rise sharply soon if this buying volume continues.

MMs have lowered the bid (whilst maintaining the ask price) on strong buying which seems odd, could mean one of two things Large background sell order - normally though the sign for this is that they would lower the ask as well as bid to entice buyers. Large background buyer - MMs lowering the bid to shake pi's in to selling to fill the large background iceberg buying. Lets see what/if any delayed trades pop up today...

Very nice buying volume today now that MMs have tightened the spread. Buys v Sells including isdx is 1,500,000 v 150,000 Something leaking? See if any more large buys pop up

MC £8M Fundamentals: Cash $18.8M 30th Sept with cash burn of £1.3M/period gives EOY 31st March cash as $17.5M $17.5M = £11.6M Cash at 31st March 2015. Zero Debt Net Cash value per share = 3.33p (current SP 2.4p) so trading at 40% discount to EOY (31st March 2015) cash. Recent appointment of Carol Law as CEO – seasoned professional “ I believe FAST has a very strong exploration portfolio of opportunity to which we would be able to attract major O&G companies” Significant Celtic offshore licence with 600million+ barrels from 3D seismic acquired. JV partner is being targeted for Celtic offshore licence. majors drilling nearby. JV farm in partner would mean no real CAPEX is required, free carry for FAST – multibag if this news surfaces.. Worst Case: Full cash return to shareholders (attributing zero value to any assets) would mean 40% return from current levels.. not bad. Attributing zero value to any assets is being hugely conservative considering looking at the balance sheet Net assets total over $30M (excluding cash), yes a lot of this is value given to 3d seismic but is still not factored in at all to current SP. Summary: Current MC £8M Cash £11.6M Zero Debt Net Assets £20M (currently zero factored in) conservatively lets say 20% of this is immediately realisable value in a quick-fire sale = £4M Current Liabilities.. less than £500k Celtic Offshore licence with 600million barrels oil + potential with new acquired 3d… looking for potential JV farm in as we speak. Morocco licence – backburner till 2016 but strengthens the portfolio nonetheless. Low cash burn – Carol Law doing great job of leaning up the company. Cash + 20% Assets - liabilities= £15M, current MC £8M.. hmm I smell value. Agree I think current fair value is around 4p here taking in to account cash, management, licenses and Lansdowne merge/takeover rumors really should help ignite this share back to fairer value 4p mark as a bare minimum. FAST time is around the corner, can feel it in mi bones ;)
