still only a MC of £13.8M which is tiny for a biopharma company with £10M cash, no debt, tiny cash burn rate, and clear links in to this new industry with some very big named players involved and acquisitions lined up (hints from the preso) 4p is indeed low valuation estimate for when EGM is passed and so I can see why Cathal was confortable with buying all significant holder for 4p even though its substantially higher than current market price as 4p will be the floor of the new company im quite sure of this.

What we are seeing here with the large block sells is legacy O&G shareholders leaving, very nice buying pressure allowing them to do so with price rising and rightly so. This is very hard to argue against now that it is sub cash and potentially very exciting prospects around the corner in a booming sector. As soon as the legacy bunch dry up this is headed one way and I dont think it will be sub cash for much longer. We know the legacy holders do not hold more than 3% so there shouldnt be a huge amount more block selling.

Agreed, worst case is a cash return to shareholders giving a 20% profit. Best case the sky really is the limit here, it seems Cathal has been planning this move for a long time.. now the fun begins. Buying 18 million shares and clearing out all other existing significant shareholders last month at 4p per share says all you need to know... thats £800k.. £350k of which was sunk in over market price! Holding strong here with my second largest holding. I do think that shareholders deserve an update though DR if you're listening! Permit news and this will be over 1p in a flash.

unfounded? Think its quite founded. BOD seem keen to get shareholder value back and are dynamic enough to explore pastures new. Cash value is the key... shareholders can either decide to sit and wait 5 years for things to pick up in O&G sector (by this time cash will be burnt out) or get on with capitalising on growing markets with the current very sizeable cash reserves. Fantastic move IMO. 4p director buys shows confidence. They are showing they are dynamic which to me is good... and key to survival on AIM IMO.

Indeed radar, time for FAST to move on and exploit more profitable sectors, a chunky ammount of cash to play with and the nature of the proposed strategy means low cash burn rate. The fact that FAST have been approcached gives a good indication that some very interesting developments in pipe. Subject to AGM.

My ears have pricked up here... I think this is a wise and necessary move from Cathal if voted through at AGM. Director buying at 4p with cash value at 2.8p and tiny cash burn (if voted through) means I am starting to enter this stock again at current levels. Looking forward to 28th.

250,000t per annum of saleable product going at around $110t currently equates to $27,500,000 or £17,000,000 per anum turnover for starters with mine life well in excess of 10 years.... .... all systems go as soon as permit lands. SP will go bananas

1.15M at 1.95p just popped up. Smart money moving in here, this really shouldnt be sub 3p especially now its looking likely that court case is sorted.

All stocks down across the board as MMs release their stock due to market jitters... pretty much all buys here today so drop is purely MMs releasing some stock to hedge their risk IMO but as shares go STI looks like a good safe bet with gold looking to do well and lots of cash in bank

Morning folks, some good posting over weekend, court case resolution here looking strong and that would mean this is multiples undervalued! Best value small cap mining share out here atm IMHO.

theres ramping a stock at 1.7p, rather different now it is 0.52p to buy.... the drop has happened and the floor has been very clearly hammered out. Looking forward to official confirmation of ministers being reappointed!
