58 posts to your name I see you are probably new to AIM. Look at the facts pure and simple.. who is dumping apart from the legacy O&G holders? And who is stupid enough to dump at cash value?

also adding to that the fact that Cathal bought all other significant holders out at 4p last month with his own money.. £800k of it...

speculation that has been covered in the evening standard as well as the independent and many Irish newspapers. 2.8p Cash is not speculation that is fact and hence it really is low risk at these levels... detach the bad sentiment from O&G that was pulling this down and enter a very exciting hot sector... this is a very exciting prospect indeed. You can see Cathal has been planning this move for over a year now.

I hold 0.5% of the company and will be turning up to vote... I know many others holding more than me who will also be voting yes. All the O&G holders are selling out so wont have a vote - its all but done deal but agree still need to vote! over 3p today, 4p by EGM then who knows? Sky is the limit backed up at 3p by cash

Yes there will be an update on 28th stating if resolutions voted through at EGM (fully expected to be). This will be a major turning point and expect media to get hold of it here, great oppo to get in before FAST goes prime time. NT to buy anything at 2.8p.. 2.95p for 50k so looks set.

Indeed, we have 1M more buys than sells today (including isdx) so expect a delayed sell of at least that magnitude to pop up after close. Only a matter of time.

its the legacy O&G holders still providing the resistance as soon as they stop/dry up its going over 3p and fast.

yeah theyve increased the spread which has cooled off the volume. Normally means they are short of shares, the way the book flipped earlier suggests either the seller has cleared or raised their sell price (possibly to 3p way MMs are positioned). Either way lovely upward pressure, SP still sub cash and who knows I wonder if they will get any more back from the 3d seismic? even if it is just another 1 or 2 million...

lots will be waiting for EGM before buying.. thing is 99.9% probablity of resolutions getting voted through by the fact Cathal owns 11% of the company and there are no other significant holders (he bought them all out at huge premium last month). The chance that 12% of shareholders turn up to EGM on day of tube strike to vote against is zero .. especially when I know holders for about another 3% who will all be voting for resolutions to be passed. Its a done deal and the only thing pinning this down sub cash is the legacy oil and gas holders selling and moving on.

trading at a strong premium to cash post EGM likely... biophrama sector is hot and Cathal looks to have something lined up for RTO soon after resolutions are passed. Ill also be attending EGM, no tube strike will stop me! :)

fantastic here this morning! Price looked like it was going to shoot over 3p then I think one of the last legacy holders chuked in a large sell order. Getting through them quickly and if this volume continues I think this could be over 3p this week let alone next week! 4p I suspect the new floor following EGM. Cathal I think playing a blinder.

The BODs recommendations will be voted through, Cathal bought out all other significant holders so he has effectively secured the vote unless some miracle happens. You can vote by proxy at a small fee through your broker. Most people I that I know will be braving the underground strike and voting in person, as will I.
