Going forward directors have taken a 75% pay cut from £80k pa to £20k pa with half of the £20k pa is to be paid in shares at the higher of 2.5p or the weighted average mid market prices 5 days prior to them being issued. So that's in total £20k pa cash burn from the two directors salaries down from £160k pa. If this isn't a bold statement then I don't know what is. With the JV partner, Tirupati Ltd's CEO on the board here at Stratmin and also opting to increase his holding here through taking salary in shares at premium it surely is a certainty that very favourable terms can be agreed regarding the full RTO with respect to Stratmin shareholders.

Buys v Sells 870k v 420k ducks beginning to line up here. Directors taking salary in equity at a premium to the SP can certainly provide confidence to holders here that theyre not AIM lifstyle director types that a few on here would like you to believe.

For me they could save a lot of agro and anger if they just included a footnote with a quote from director at the bottom of the RNS to at least reassure holders even something like "although we have decided not to persue Lime we are excited by two other opportunities which we believe will bring significant SH value" etc etc 10 months of wait for yesterdays kick in the teeth is not on imo. Esp given the promises in interviews prior to suspension. I think they have been incredibly poor at communication since suspension and this is clearly because they received a slap on he wrist prior to suspension imo (and thus suspended earlier then they had wanted to) and they have now gone too far the other at with not saying anything at all. I hope for all of our sakes they pull a rabbit out of the hat.

Im amazed the SP hasnt given credit to the $1.5m equity loan deal secured by the company. $75m Bass shares are currently worth $1m AUSD in swap for cash to the sum of US$1.5m. Thats a premium of £600k vs £1.2m = 100%. STGR have leveraged £1.2m cash from those Bass shares with no interest incurred and no cash payments and will do the same as and when the next tranche of bass shares come in. Fantastic move imo.
